I would recommend this facility. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Central location/— heart of Bern old city.

Cons:

Loud street music when we got there but our room was very quiet. Portion of room ceiling was at a deep angle making getting non and out of bed little challenging.

Pros:

Centrally located in the old town, with lots of restaurants and bars close by. 10 mins walk from the train station, The room was clean and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.

Das beste was ich bisher in Bern hatte!

Wirklich zentrale Lage, komfortables Bett, gutes Frühstück mit cooler Musik! :)

Cons:

Wegen der vielen Lokale bis Mitternacht dich viel Lärm im straßenseitigen Zummer

Badezimmer ist ein Plastikhäuschen
Wasser schwappt raus Laminat löst sich
Lampe hängt von der Decke
Verstopftes WC
Bild an der wand fehlt
Altes Interieur
Es riecht unangenehm
Es ist extrem laut
Und das für 180 Franken pro Nacht

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt, nur wenige Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Bus und Tram auch in der Nähe. Ebenso das Berner Münster. gut abgedichtete Fenster, man hörte keinen Lärm von der Straße.

Cons:

Aus historischen Gründen leider keine Klimaanlage möglich. Es war natürlich sehr warm im Zimmer und durch das, dass das direkt in der Altstadt ist, konnte man das Fenster zur Straße hin nicht vor 23:00 Uhr öffnen, weil es einfach sehr laut war.
