Lovely stay, I would stay again
Pros:

The outside of the property is striking and location is very good for both walking around the sights and public transportation.
Breakfast was varied and the hostess was very attentive.
Comfortable beds and shower.

Excellent location in the centre of Bern

Cons:

Our room on the top floor had a sloping ceiling that meant half the room was effectively unusable. Lost count of the number of times I banged my head! The bathroom was like something from a ferry. Tiny, plasticky. Sound proofing was nonexistent

El personal, todo el mundo muy agradable y servicial.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no están preparadas para el calor, no dispone de aire acondicionado y dado que está en una zona peatonal, el bullicio de los locales y el ajetreo matutino de la calle, no permitía abrir las ventanas. No hemos podido dormir por culpa del calor.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt im sehr geräumigen Doppelzimmer Comfort und Leckeres Frühstückbuffet.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheissen und die hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption half uns beim Einrichten der Bern Mobil Card.

Gute zentrale Lage. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer auf die Strasse bekommen und wollte diese auf eine ruhigere mit Blick auf Innenhof wechseln, da die Strasse sehr laut war mit geöffneten Fenstern. Die Dame bei der Rezeption hat darauf so reagiert, dass wir halt dieses XY Zimmer gebucht haben und es sind mit Strassenblick, wie es selbstverständlich wäre. Es stand natürlich nirgendwo in der Anzeige. Es gab keine andere freie Zimmer. Die Reaktion von der Dame und das, dass es nicht erwähnt war in der Anzeige fand ich nicht gut. Wenn ich es wüsste, hätte ich anderswo gebucht.
