Lovely location and clean place to stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, with a small balcony with chairs, offering lovely views over the buildings of the Altes Stadt. The location was close to trams and attractions. It was easy to find. Breakfast was good with a lovely variety of continental style foods.

Cons:

The single pillow on the bed was very thin. There were no extras in the room to use so we improvised with our flight pillows.

Pros:

Ampia camera, posizione centralissima, colazione più che adeguata, biglietto gratuito 24h per bus.

Cons:

Bagno essenziale ma Privacy minima. Cuscini troppo molli, ma questo è un differenza me mentre per altri può essere un pregio.

Guter Start mit schlechtem letzten Eindruck, welchen man mitnimmt.
Pros:

Freundlicher und unbürokratischer Empfang bzw. Checkin. Bequeme Betten und eine funktionale Ausstattung. Köstliches Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant.

Cons:

Frühstück chaotisch und unstrukturiert. Überall schmutziges Geschirr auf den Tischen verteilt. Buffet nicht aufgefüllt. Heissgetränke nicht aktiv angeboten und nicht mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Gewisse Lebensmittel waren über dem Verfallsdatum. Für die überforderte Bedienung schien das wichtigste zu sein, die Zimmernummer in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Cons:

Colazione molto scarsa. Succhi di frutta sempre vuoti, bisognava sempre chiedere al ragazzo di riempire le bottiglie. Il primo giorno brioches riferite finite salvo poi comparire "magicamente" portate direttamente al tavolo di 4 ragazze arrivate dopo di noi!! Ospiti abituali o amiche del ragazzo? Comunque mai vista una cosa del genere

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt!
Pros:

-Nettes Personal. Großes Lob an die Mitarbeitende, die uns eingecheckt und dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir etwas früher auf unser Zimmer konnten.
-Hotel liegt zentral. Fußläufig sind der Bahnhof, Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte, der Kursaal
-Kleines aber feines Zimmer
Fenster sind gut isoliert. Vom abendlichen Geschehen auf der Straße haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen.

Cons:

-Frühstücksaal eigentlich urig, könnte aber gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Stuhlkissen wären z.B. schön. Ein Regal mit Krimskrams in Höhe des Frühstücksbuffet fiel auf.

Lovely hotel with lovely breakfast
Pros:

The staff here were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was in a great location in the centre of beautiful Bern. Would recommend.

Cons:

The room was small, but for the price I think this hotel is a good option (Switzerland is so expensive!).
