Pros:

観光するのに最適な場所にありとても便利でした！また、遅く到着した友人の為にスタッフの方はとても丁寧に対応してくださりました。エレベーターもあるので重い荷物も心配ありません。朝食もとても美味しかったです！

Cons:

特になし。エアコンはないですが、大きい扇風機を置いていてくれたので暑さも大丈夫でした。

Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring the old town. The room was clean and pleasant, it was very hot but a fan was provided. The public parking was close by and a discount given with the hotel.

Cons:

Although we went quite early for breakfast there was some empty dishes, and no-one appeared to be on hand to replenish for about 15 minutes.

There was nothing to like.

Cons:

The room was a literal oven all night. You provided a fan which was appreciated but did absolutely nothing to help. The hallway smelt like stale cigarettes as did the room.

Habia una ventilador y sin aire acondicionado hemos pasado mucho calor.
Respecto al ruido (bares, gente gritando hasta la 1 y media de la mañana, los servicios de limpieza empezaron a trabajar a las 2 a.m., campanadas cada hora y por último obras a partir de las 5 a.m.) no ha sido posible dormir. Horrible

Der kleine Balkon über der Altstadt und die brilliante Lage, direkt neben dem Zytglogge-Turm.

Cons:

Es war eigentlich alles okay, aber bei diesen Temperaturen wäre eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer angebracht.

Pros:

Luxury feel: Good hotel in General with good location and helpful staff, a bit further away from the train station but has good connections with the public transportation and to everything else as well. The room was sort of clean and big enough for 3 people and had coffee and tea so it was nice. The only negative part of the room was the bathroom with wooden ceiling and bad ventilation that made it impossible to breathe while showering with the door closed. The view from the room was a bit boring as it only had a view of an inner yard and some rooftops, also the lamp behind the main bed would flicker/ blink a few times while being on.

Service: Service was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff both in the reception and the breakfast.


HK: It was sort of clean, was a few hair strands in the corner and in the bathroom but otherwise the rest was clean and no dirty bed sheets.

F&B: Breakfast had good selection to choose from but needs to be refilled and looked over from time to time (even with low occupancy) as it was a few items missing already at 9am but it was very clean and no flies flying around. The breakfast staff could also improve a bit more by cleaning tables from crumbs in between guest as when we got seated by the staff he put us at a dirty table, which is not nice to experience as a guest in the morning. We are a huge coffee lovers but the coffee that was served that morning had a strong bitter taste to it that ruined the experience just a tiny bit.

Simpatico hotel nel cuore di Berna, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto
Le stanze sono ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario, ed i letti comodi
Gentilissimo e sempre disponibilissimo tutto lo staff

Il bagno, essendo un pod inserito nella stanza, è un po' piccolo, ma comunque funzionale
