Good location for 1 night
Pros:

The location was nice. The breakfast was nice, although the breakfast room was bleak. The parking garage was close by and if the hotel scans your parking card, you get a discount.

Cons:

When we arrived around 7:45 pm, there was a note on the door that we had to go to another hotel (5 min walk away) to get our keys. that was very inconvenient. The bathroom in the loft is a glass booth, if you turn the light on, the entire bedroom lights up. The hallways are old and can use some paint.

Good, comfortable hotel in a great location in Bern
Pros:

A nice hotel in a great location in the Old Centre of Bern. Excellent staff, and Dominique and her colleagues at the Reception were always very pleasant and helpful. I was in Bern for work and it was great that breakfast was available early. I had a nice stay and would return to this hotel! Thank you!

We were a group of four adults and enjoyed our one night stay greatly. Excellent location in the old town of Bern, delicious food inclusive breakfast; staff were very professional and polite.Ernst😁👍☀️

Good position and friendly staff but rooms are very small and on multiple levels.
Pros:

The location was very good and the staff very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The room was very small and making it worse was the multi level of the floor. When you got out of bed you walked 2 steps and the floor dropped. There was also a step up to the bathroom, the room was far too small for this.
The room had a window but was surrounded by walls. The only way to see the sky in the morning was to crane your neck out of the window. In all a very claustrophobic feeling.

Un buen hotel en una ciudad estupenda.
Pros:

Estupenda ubicación en el bonito centro histórico de Berna, el hotel también tiene una larga historia. Personal amable, habitación limpia y desayuno correcto. Me encantó Berna y cuando vuelva espero repetir aquí. Recomendable.

The location is in Downtown Bern. That is the only advantage.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, half the lights were not working in the bathroom. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. When I mentioned that to the person at the front desk, she seemed annoyed with me!
The advertised breakfast that came with the price of the room is not a hot breakfast. The coffee was good.
