Tolle Lage mit Bedienung die lächelt❣️
Pros:

Der Empfang ist seit Jahren stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist zu empfehlen. Die Bedienung immer freundlich! Der Standort ist perfekt, mitten im Geschehen, die Altstadt ist hier sehr lebendig und authentisch, ein Erlebnis mit etwas Lärm, aber dafür unkompliziert und völlig entspannt.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden und wird nie so richtig aufgefüllt. Wer zuerst kommt, hat noch etwas Auswahl.

We had a very comfortable & memorable stay at the Goldener Schlüssel Hotel . Thanks 😍
Pros:

Very centrally located with a lovely neighbourhood The room was very spacious and comfortable with an old world feel. The breakfast was sumptuous and varied, however I feel that a choice of eggs would have been preferable. All the Staff were Courteous cooperative and helpful. We missed having an intercom in the room for communication with the Staff.

Cons:

A couple of pegs / hooks for hanging a Towel/ clothes would be nice .

Das Hotel ist in der ungewöhnlich lauten Fußgängerzone in Bern. Obwohl mir an der Rezeption gesagt wurde, dass ab ca 0.00 Ruhe einkehren würde, gab es extremen Lärm bis 3.00 Nachts. Das Zimmer war extrem klein.

Merkezi yerde olması, temizliği güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.

Cons:

Merkezi olması nedeniyle gece gündüz cafelerden gürültü çok geliyor yatamıyorsunuz. Klima olmadığı için camı açmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Birde mini bir bızdolabı olabilirdi.
