Персонал не дружелюбный, номер не показали, где завтрак не объяснили. У нас был стандартный номер, в отеле ужасная слышимость, ночью был слышен храп, а за соседней стеной у нас оказалось служебное помещение (номер 214), где утром начали греметь кастрюлями! Вид из окна ужаснейший.На крышу, на которой утром что-то делали, есть даже фото, где на крыше стоит стол и лежит картошка, видимо ее там чистили. Бассейн в отеле достойный, хороший хамам и сауна, однако все работает до 22 часов, мы были проездом, доехали до отеля к вечеру, удалось поплавать только пол часика. При этом утром, нас за пол часа до выезда разбудили, а нам дальше было в дорогу, вещи у нас были все собраны и будильники у нас стояли. Цена и качество явно не соответствует. отелю три с огромным и жирным минусом.

Pros:

Номер чистый, ухоженный, но с вентиляцией беда. В босеин без шапки нельзя, но их учтиво продают на рицепшен. В номере полулюкс нет халатов, но их тоже учтиво дают в аренду за 200 рублей, кроме 25 метрового бассейна, одного хамама и финской грелки нет не чего. Поплавать можно, но постоянно есть детские группы где детишки тренируются. Отель так себе, только переночевать. Завтрак на троечку, схож с Совдепией. Для отдыха отель не годится.

Pros:

The service was good , very clean hotel , however did not like how they insisted that I can only use a European speedo if I want to use the pool and that was the whole reason I rented the hotel room to go swimming. And unlike other hotels you can only swim a couple of hrs a day and the pool is not open for you to go whenever you want other hotels I go to usually all you need to do is swipe your room card and you can go anytime you want but not this hotel. Also the pool is open to the paying public and has swimming classes that take up the entire 3 lane pool if you include people paying to come swim from the city you can't even swim when you want too. I love swimming so that was the reason I did not stay longer , but the hotel reception was very hospitable and the house keepers were very good too.
