Tout est etais parfait, de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Tout le personnel etait a nos petits soins et très disponible. Tout particulièrement l’équipe du petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à vous tous.

Best hotel in Chicago!
Pros:

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will be back! The location is perfect, price is on point and service is unbelievable! The King Studio room is perfect for our family of 3, but would work for bigger families as well. Javier and Fanny at breakfast make our stay so memorable! We never want to miss breakfast! If you want a clean hotel, with free breakfast, at a great price, that is family friendly, in a great location book this hotel!

Over booked and the night staff told me they did not receive my payment. Offered me a snack from the vending machine and directed us to the moxy. Not worth the value!

Excellent établissement, idéalement situé, au personnel adorable, je recommande vivement

La gentillesse du personnel, notamment les agents du petit déjeuner (Javier, Dahyanah et Fanny)
L’emplacement idéal, très proche du centre mais à quelques rues, donc pas soumis au bruit des moteurs pétaradants de la ville

It was a nice stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, room was nice and spacious, employees were kind and helpful and breakfast was good. It’s right across from the fire station so you will hear sirens often but it’s right in the middle of tons of restaurants, shopping, and things to do. We parked our car and walked for the whole duration of the trip.

Cons:

The parking garage is two blocks away from the hotel, and the parking garages are sketchy. Watch your back.
