Pros:

La excelente ubicación, la atención del personal, los desayunos, la vista desde el balcón. Queda muy cercano a cafés, restaurantes y supermercado.

Cons:

Solo que se escuchaba en la habitación, el ruido de los pasillos a altas horas de la noche, cuando volvían los otros huéspedes. El televisor no era tan moderno

Solo la ubicación del hotel es buena.

Cons:

Por un valor similar me quedé antes en otro hotel que está muy por encima de este. Le hace falta una remodelación urgente, el desayuno cumple pero muy básico, las camas durisimas, dormimos pésimo, el aire acondicionado estuvo goteando toda la noche, pedimos un balde para que cayera en el piso.

La ubicación me parece buena, el desayuno normal

Cons:

La habitación asignada en un piso 15 donde no subía el ascensor, y al frente de la habitación estaban los cuartos de máquinas. Al llegar no había agua por lo cual no nos pudimos bañar sino hasta en la noche. Pedimos cambio de habitación pero expresaron que el hotel estaba lleno pero veíamos poca gente en restaurante, ascensores, recepción

Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones y es accesible a medios de transporte, restaurantes, la playa y mucho más.
El personal siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a solucionar situaciones que se fueron presentando.
Al reservar nos habían confirmado que podíamos tener una habituación doble con camas separadas, pero en ese momento no tenían ninguna disponible; al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitaciones a un departamento con baño en suite hermoso y cómodo sin agregarnos un monto extra. Ese gesto lo apreciamos mucho y lo disfrutamos durante toda nuestra estadía.

Buena opción para hospedaje pero nos decepcionó la ciudad en general

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, lo elegimos por su Ubicación, servicio de aseo y desayuno aunque podría ser mas variado

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema de seguridad: una persona, no supimos si del hotel o un huésped, abrió la puerta de la habitación sin autorización en horas de la noche, y no hubo una respuesta satisfactoria por parte de la administración del hotel; tampoco fue posible acceder a las cámaras de seguridad.
Esto no es una crítica para el hotel, sino para la ciudad: tristemente hay mucha basura en la playa y en las calles, olor a basura y a cañerías, y por ende plagas como cucarachas y ratones. Además, hay muchos vendedores de tours que asedian a todas horas, así como bastantes trabajadoras sexuales —incluidas menores de edad— , especialmente en el centro histórico, dentro de la ciudad amurallada, desde el atardecer y habitantes de calle en todas la zonas.
