Lage war gut, Parkplätze waren vvorhanden.

Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, war aber erwartet.

Tv channel was boring only few ,no access to Netflix or viaplay
Hotel moderno in zona molto tranquilla. Camera grande e accogliente. Colazione varia e abbondante.
Il parcheggio esterno è pubblico e a pagamento. Molto sgradevole. Un ospite dell'hotel deve poter avere un'agevolazione, non essere costretto a pagare anche di notte. Molto negativo
Jag bokade ett rum där vi kunde ha hund. Vi fick ok. Dagen efter kunde man inte lösa rum med hund. Ok tänkte vi , men konstigt då man sagt ok. Då har vi inget rum. Vi fixar rum på Sturup. Då kommer uppgift om att vi inte avbokat vårt rum och avgift för no show för ett vanligt icke hund rum som vi aldrig bokat då vi har hund med oss. Hotellet tyckte vi gjort fel eftersom vi inte avbokade ett rum vi aldrig bokat. Aldrig mer Ideon i Lund. Jag ska berätta historien för alla som orkar lyssna. Jag är så besviken och arg.
Bra kommunikationer och parkering
Mycket professionellt och vänligt bemötande i reception, bar och i frukostmatsal av alla vi hade kontakt med. Fantastisk utsikt över Öresund från rummet. Praktiskt med låst garage alldeles intill hotellet. Men det finns inga laddmöjligheter för oss som inte har egen kabel, vilket ju blir allt ovanligare i dagens elbilar.
Mycket varmt i rummet, påtagligt varmare än i korridoren och övriga hotellet. Termostaten var på 19 grader och även när vi kom tillbaka till rummet sent på kvällen var det lika varmt, så det berodde inte på solen som hade legat på tidigare under dagen. Sängen är hård, inte skön. Frukosten är helt ok, gott bröd. Men delar av frukostmatsalen ligger i mörker vilket är superirriterande för oss som inte har ungdomsögon längre.
