Kunde vara bättre
Pros:

Bra läge, sköna sängar och en jättefin frukost. Trevlig personal och snabb service.

Cons:

Det var kallt i rummet och ventilationen reagerade inte då vi försökte höja temperaturen. Utblåset från ventilationen är placerat rakt mittemot en av sängplatserna, vilket gjorde det kallt, blåsigt och obekvämt att sova, trots den sköna sängen.
Vattentrycket (12e våningen) var mycket svagt i duschen och varmvattnet var lite mer än ljummet.
För att åka hissen upp till 12e våningen behöver man känna till vissa knep, tex som att hissdörren måste stängas helt innan du trycker på knappen, mm. Personalen bör upplysa om detta vid incheckning, så att man slipper springa fram och tillbaka för råd om hur man åker hiss på Elite.

Pros:

Frukosten var bra. Trasigt tyg på stolsitsen till frukost, såg inte kul eller fräsch ut. Fick byta rum eftersom jag först fick ett rum utan fönster!

Cons:

Rum utan fönster! Trist med trasigt tyg på stolsits i frukosten. Hotellet könndes som att det tidigare varit ett kontor ....

I did not like the sliding door to the toilet very close to the bed. That entrance should have been placed in the hallway. It was very disturbing.
