Pros:

Easy access to city centre across the river on the free ferry service - very frequent and easy to use. Excellent little cafe just across the road, next door to a bookshop. Friendly staff. Happy to keep our bags for the day after checkout. Windows opened easily.

Cons:

TV didn't work and no real attempt was made to fix it. Loose taps and showerhead - all functional, just a bit rickety. V small room, which was fine but felt a bit cramped.
