Le personnel

Cons:

A part la chambre qui correspond plus ou moins à la photo et le personnel très sympathique tout le reste n est quasiment que des mensonges !
La prestation attendue pour le prix et le nombre d étoiles n est vraiment au rendez-vous !
Le coin piscine ne correspond pas aux photos ainsi que le restaurant, la propreté, la galerie marchande fermée depuis le covid, télévision en panne dans tout l hôtel, la vue donnant sur des immeubles en construction abandonnée etc...une sorte de ville fantôme !
Très très déçu ! Hâte de rentrer !
A fuir ! Même si encore une fois le personnel était très sympathique !
J ai d ailleurs contacté votre service client et espère avoir un remboursement.
Merci de vérifier que vos partenaires respectent leurs engagements et mettent à jour leurs offres et photos !
Encore une fois je pense que ces vacances ont été les pires que j'ai actuellement passé !
Nous avons du prendre des uber quasiment tout les jours pour fuir les alentours !ceux qui a engendré beaucoup de frais supplémentaires !

Havaalanına yakın olması büyük bir avantajdı. Otel çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelden ayrılırken bindiğimiz taksinin plakasını not ederek güvenliğimizi düşünmeleri de çok ince bir davranıştı.

Cons:

Otel bir alışveriş merkezinin üst katında konumlandığı için sabaha karşı 05.00-06.00 civarlarına kadar ciddi bir gürültü problemi yaşadık ve uyuyamadık. Otelin çevresi lokasyon olarak gezmeye elverişli değil. İçinde bulunduğu AVM de oldukça yetersizdi; mağazaların büyük kısmı kapalıydı, sadece sinema salonu ve iki restoran hizmet veriyordu. Konum ve konfor açısından beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.

Le manque de communication le suivi des réclamations et la communication entre le personnel il faut réclamer à chaque personne de permanence le bruit des travaux était très fort je n’arrivais pas à dormir j’étais très déçu
