Sensational hotel in every sense!

Super Ski Wochenende, Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer auch schon am Morgen beziehbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles vorhanden, verschiedene Eierspeisen und sonstiges auch von Frühstückskarte bestellbar. Auch Spa Pool und Fitnessraum vorhanden. Pool genutzt für anderes zu wenig Zeit vorhanden

Phenomenal stay. This hotel is tucked a little bit up the road from St. Anton. If you were looking for shopping and busy streets, this is not for you. This is truly a ski in ski out area. There is a top-notch rental shop attached to the hotel. Then you are about 50 yards from the base lift. Dinner is not cheap but you get what you pay for. Cocktails are phenomenal and the fireplace is always roaring.

went for two days to ski, purchased lift tickets at reception, rented skis at location in hotel, walk across street to reach the lift. everything was convenient, hotel was quiet, room was cozy, food was delicious, staff was exceptional. took the wine cellar tour, it a must do.
my only complaint is to orbitz. i booked my room online and was only given the option to choose my room type. i called the hotel to add an additional night which was simple. the additional night cost $60 less than what was charged through orbitz and it included a five course dinner and breakfast for two!
doesn't make sense to me. next time i will call hotel direct and skip orbitz all together.

If you combine the coziness of a mountain lodge with with modern comfort and excellent service, the result would be the Arlberg Hospiz. From the outside there is a certain stark coldness to it but once to step in and are greeted by it's wood-laden halls, central fireplace radiating warmth into the charmingly rustic bar, you know you've found your home within the mountain.

Breakfast buffet includes not only a good collection of bread, cold cuts, cereals, juices that one would expect, but you can choose hot dishes such as eggs benedict or even steak tartar. I had only one dinner at the restaurant and it was of a very high quality, granted that you pay ski resort prices but it was not ridiculous. They also have a very extensive wine list with many vintages of wines from all around the world.

Ski storage at the co-joined Inter Sport store was perfect as guests can self-service in storing skis/snowboards and boots. And the lifts are right across the road.

Above all, and I would highlight this over the aforementioned attributes of the hotel, the service from the personnel was top notch. Always attentive, friendly and helpful. Needless to say I look forward to going back.

From the first minute we entered the hotel, we were greeted with champagne and juice for our son. The receptionist shook our hands and welcomed us and asked for our individual first names. The service was 5+, so personalized and welcoming. The owner of the hotel walked around and small chatted with guest during the evenings, made us all feel at home. I asked for rooms in the newer section and we got 2 great rooms, ours was a deluxe and was around 60 square meters, absolutly fantastic.
I have never seen a gym so huge in a small hotel. They had all the machines that you would possibly ask for and we visited it every day.
All food was fantastic at the hotel, especially the Dine Around Package. The only problem is that you will probably eat too much every evening, it almost never is less than 3 dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
And I am a very picky traveler, read a lot of comments and usually always stay i 5star hotels. But this hotel is a MUST.

The hotel was nice. Old fashion style. It was in a small city after St. Anton. The only downside was that this hotel is located in a small city so no Ares ski unfortunately. But the service was amazing and the staff very helpful.
The spa felicity also up to date and complete.

Sehr professionelles und freundliches Team, leider nicht herzlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut, Stimmung Abends am Kamin ebenfalls. Der Wellnessbereich ist angesichts der fünf Sterne und des Preises lächerlich, selten lieblos und unattraktiv gemacht. Die Lage bzgl Skifahren ist genial

Amazing hotel! This is where royalty and the elite stay when skiing in the Austrian Alps. Hotels.com gave me a great rate and I didn't even know this about the hotel. The staff and service is beyond excellent. Check out the spa which has a full size gym, pool, steam room, sauna and more. You need to stay at this place at least once in your life!

Couldn't find fault with this hotel. It's premium. But expect to pay top dollar, as everything is expensive. Intersport ski hire shop in the lower floor is wonderful.. A luxurious experience and super friendly helpful Intersport staff too.
