Etablissement à fuir, très très déçu
Pros:

Pas grand chose, le lit était confortable. C'est le seul point positif.

Cons:

La chambre était vieillissante. L'eau de la salle de bains écoulait une eau jaune (impossible de se laver le 1er jour) réponse du room service attendez 15 minutes et ça devrait passer sauf que 20 minutes plus tard l'eau était toujours jaune.
Les sanitaires étaient très difficile d'accès car un radiateur a été posé à 15 cm du sanitaire.... La télévision n'avait aucune réception. il n'y avait pas de VMC donc un taux d'humidité important dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner pris le lendemain matin était catastrophique quasiment plus rien, l'hôtel avait pris un groupe la veille et les buffets ont été litérallement dévalisés (14 € par personne pour un café et 2 petites viennoiseries est abusé). Nous avons fais part à l'hôtel des différents problèmes mais aucune solution n'a été proposée. Nous sommes très déçu et conseillons de vous orientez vers d'autres établissements bien plus sérieux.

Pros:

Nos recibieron con una consumicion para cada uno, y nos despidieron con un detalle. Los trabajadores super amables. Y el parquing con mucho espacio.

Cons:

La habitacion era pequeñita, y se escuchaba mucho la gente de las otras habitaciones, las puertas, etc.

Pros:

The room is very very spacious and has a proper size balcony. The room was on the back side of the building overlooking a stream.

Cons:

The hotel is built in several sections and my room was in the old section of the hotel. The decor of the hallways is somewhat outdated and the elevator feels a bit sketchy.

Pros:

The hotel was close to lots of nice restaurants.
Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Had a little balcony too which was nice.
On arrival the staff were lovely especially Denis, he was very helpful and friendly.
I would stay at this hotel again

Het personeel maakt het
Pros:

De ontvangst, zeker Valerie niet te vergeten. Die heeft alles gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat het verblijf beter dan verwacht is geworden. Ook de dame aan de bar was vriendelijk en maakte gezellig een praatje.
Het zwembad, heerlijk, beetje koud maar wel fijn.
Kamer en badkamer compleet en ruim.
Koelkastje, tv, alles aanwezig.

Het restaurant, dat ligt in de kelder.
