Pros:

I travel a lot and don't really leave reviews. But I am making an exception this time.
This guesthouse only accepts cash payment. Card payments are not accepted. And the host is very unwelcoming.

A day before check-in, I get a message from the host saying she expects full cash payment at check-in and does not accept cards because her terminal doesn't work.

Depending on how long you stay, it may be difficult to withdraw the full amount of money because of withdrawal limits imposed by most banks, which is something common. Unfortunately there was no way to make the host understand something that simple.
I assured her I would get the cash before checkout, reminding her the main reason I'm not able to make the full payment at check-in is because she cannot accept card payments. But the host preferred to assume I would just run away without paying.
I was being compared to "European guests who just leave without paying". It felt a bit discriminating to be honest, especially when such accusations are made without reasons.

I managed the money the next day, but an honest compromise would have been to give me more time maybe until checkout which is very common at most places, instead of her prejudices, especially when the problem is originating from the guesthouse.

I travel a lot and this has been the most unwelcoming and judgemental experience I've ever had.

On the positive side, the man called Sergey was much nicer. He showed me around and was more helpful. Thank you Sergey.

Excelente el lugar muy bonito, limpio y moderno el dueño siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos por las mañanas había una señora la cual nos hacía un desayuno delicioso. Nos encanto

Pros:

Hotel très sympathique, plutôt bien placé, nous avons tout fait a pied. J'ai trouvé l'appartement très agréable. Faites bien attention si vous réservez la chambre la moins chère la salle de bain n'est pas en-suite, moi cela ne m'a pas posé de problème mais a mon ami oui. Le petit déjeuné est très simple, il ne faut pas compter dessus si vous y attachez une attention particulière. Personnel très arrangeant et accueillant.
