Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

Room are modern updated and chic
Bed was fine
Food was excellent. They make omelets on request and specialty coffees without charge
Baked good are from a nearby bakery and were excellent. We even went to the bakery to buy items

Amazing views and a beautiful room.
We went on the boat cruise that belongs to the hotel and had a fabulous day of water activities, lunch and continuous drinks !!!

Hotel was very nice, and some of the staff were amazing, like the barista guy and chefs at breakfast and breakfast in general was exceptional! Room was ok, some of the staff at reception was a bit slow and a little confusing. Hotel is ok, but perhaps not as top notch as advertised.

Pool was not usable due to lack of cleaning and spa facilities was in disse.

Pros:

The hotel was quite good. The restaurant so so. The room was nice but the shower was very small and the bathroom was flooded after each shower. The air condition unit badly positioned facing our bed.And we got a coffee machine with some capsules but were not refilled without paying extra.
The people working there were friendly and helpful. Tiny swimming pool and lots of small children.

Pros:

Supermysigt hotell med lyxkänsla! Frukosten var superb och god mat i restaurangen överhuvudtaget. Fint rum med utsikt över havet och byn, all bekvämligheter.
Kort promenad in till byn, lite längre till stranden som var ok dit i nerförsbacke, men upp är enklast att ta taxi.

Complete relaxation in a gorgeous setting
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of the old town, on a gorgeous natural setting. Everything in town and even the small beach in Livadia was easy to reach on foot (assuming one is reasonably fit and does not mind a little walk). Breakfast and cocktails were top-notch and staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I can sincerely recommend the hotel to anyone!

Suite much smaller than advertised.
Pros:

We expected a large grand master suite with full sea view for three adults. We were excited about having a spacious room to spend our 4 nights. But we got a small 2-room suite with a side sea view from the terrace only. This hotel is not for elderly or handicapped or kids as it is all steps, hills and no ramps. When it rains, the floors and steps are very slippery, and there is no access to the breakfast room restaurant without getting wet. However, the friendly staff in the restaurant, at the front desk and at the spa, the cleaning crew, were all exceptionally helpful. I ordered room service dinner which was ok. We also shopped in boutique and had great massages and manicures at the surprisingly large spa. No cold water or tea available for thirsty guests at spa and in lobby. The mini bar had sodas & water but no alcohol. The pillows were uncomfortable but cotton sheets nice and soft. Air condition did not work independently in one room of small suite unless second room windows all shut. Robes and slippers perfect but oddly no hair conditioner.

Pros:

Excellent hotel and amazing service. Very good location and accessible, no need to climb the hill. Didn't see any other hotel in town that seemed more interesting so I will go back there again. Make sure you rent a car, something that can survive off road.

We were made to feel exceptionally welcome the moment we arrived. The rooms were very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and luxurious. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone that was considering to stay at such a magnificent boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. To the reservations manager deserves a gold medal.
