We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Anantara Palais Hansen. Overall great and friendly service, spacious rooms, and tasty breakfast. Doysel’s warm, welcoming smile and friendly, helfpful demeanor at breakfast was always a great way to begin our day.
We had an amazing breakfast served and attended by Daysel, she was very polite and provided a five star service.

I recently visited with my family over Easter. From the fantastic welcome on arrival to departure every single member of staff was simply excellent, happy and helpful. I cannot emphasise this enough. The rooms were large and had everything you needed and i loved the bar area. It was such a relaxing place to spend time. I would come back to Vienna just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Anantara Palais Hansen di Vienna e l’esperienza è stata davvero impeccabile. L’hotel è curato in ogni dettaglio, con un’eleganza discreta e raffinata. La nostra camera era ampia, silenziosissima e perfettamente pulita. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da un welcome aperitif in camera del tutto inaspettato, un gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. The hotel is truly wonderful. Not only is the interior design beautiful and elegant, but the atmosphere is also very comfortable and welcoming. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whenever we had a request, they responded quickly and kindly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of hospitality was exceptional and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. In addition, the food was excellent. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, and it was clear that great care was taken in both the quality and preparation of the dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Havia uma cama extra no meu quarto que não era mais necessária. Informei isso no check in mas durante toda minha estadia não removeram a cama, faltou comunicação no hotel. Nada grave, apenas um comentário para melhoria.
