Excelente, quero voltar.
Pros:

Excelente café da manhã com muita variedade e extrema qualidade. Recepcionistas e concierge muito educados e atenciosos, quarto fantástico. Hotel maravilhoso.

Cons:

Havia uma cama extra no meu quarto que não era mais necessária. Informei isso no check in mas durante toda minha estadia não removeram a cama, faltou comunicação no hotel. Nada grave, apenas um comentário para melhoria.

Fijne, ontspannende vakantie in een prachtig hotel. Een aanrader ! Zowel het hotel als de stad.
Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Mooie ruime kamer, comfortabel bed en prachtige badkamer met groot bad en douche.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to one of the outstanding managers, Mr. Vedad Bakovic, whose professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

This hotel is truly exceptional. We had previously been guests when the property was still operated by Kempinski. Since the takeover by Anantara, the transformation has been remarkable. The changes have dramatically elevated the quality of the hotel, and in my opinion, it is now one of the very best choices in Vienna.

It clearly surpasses hotels such as the Park Hyatt Vienna, which is roughly twice the price. Yet at Anantara, the overall standard feels twice as good. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The service is phenomenal from start to finish.

The lobby is one of the most beautiful spaces you can see in Vienna. We are familiar with the lobbies at the Park Hyatt, The Ritz-Carlton, and the newly opened Mandarin Oriental, as well as the Rosewood in the city center. However, Anantara stands out among them all.

This is a hotel that truly meets every possible expectation. It is very well maintained, the service is outstanding, and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. There is simply nothing to complain about.

We will definitely be returning to this wonderful property many more times in the future.

Wonderful stay in a classy hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal! Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, zu einer wunderschönen Junior Suite.

Cons:

Die Taschentücher waren sehr grob. Die bademäntel und Badetücher hätten flauschiger sein können.

Sehr positiv überracht!
Pros:

Das Personal möchten wir in allen Bereichen besonders positiv erwähnen.
Da können sich in Wien fast alle Hotels am Ring eine sehr dicke Scheibe abschneiden.

Schönes Ambiente, stilvolle ausgestattet und vor allem nicht zu altmodisch.

Uns hat besonders der Lobbybereich sehr gut gefallen, da die Rezeption seitlich
hinter Säulen und einer Wand war, hat man von den ankommenden und abreisenden
Gästen so gut wie nichts mitbekommen und so war der Lobbybereich sehr angenehm
ruhig obwohl dort auch die Hotelbar war.

Cons:

Was man verbessern sollte ist, dass sich im Buffetbereich beim Frühstück ein
Mitarbeiter befindet, der dafür sorgt, dass immer wieder aufgefüllt wird.

Der Koch beim live cooking war der einzige in diesem Bereich und er dürfte
nicht für das auffüllen des Buffets zuständigen gewesen sein, ist aber auch
verständlich.

Da nach mehr als 20min noch immer bestimmte Sachen (Semmel, Wurst, Lachs usw.)nicht aufgefüllt waren habe ich den Koch gefragt, ob es möglich ist das Buffet wieder aufzufüllen.

Anstandslos hat er sofort alles in die Wege geleite damit das Buffet wider aufgefüllt wird.
