I didn't like that there is no complete toiletries and you need to ask for toothpaste, toothbrush, disposable slippers etc like a five star hotel should have. There isn't even complementary water.

I didn’t like the shower in my hotel room nor the spa. You’d like for the prices they charge for these places they would scrub the mold out of the showers.

We usually bring our three-year-old. We start at the pool, and once he’s tired out, we have a sitter stay with him so we can go to the casino.”
I loved the experience and the design is beautiful the staff was pleasant and courteous. I will return again very soon. I hit in the casino not much but enough for me to pay three bills ahead of time before they were do I'm so proud of myself for coming out to the Ocean hotel best day ever.
