Nice hotel staff was great but needs more entertainment
Pros:

The hotel is very nice but the layout was a bit off. The flow didnt seem to make sense to me

I’ll stay at the Borgata the next time
Pros:

On the morning of checkout at 8:30 AM, we were locked out of our room. They tried to reset the keys three times. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When checking out. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a paper receipt instead of an email.

Cons:

The whole experience it was very uneasy. All the staff seemed like they were too busy to be bothered.

Amazing time! Cool casino to explore and amazing rooms with a great view
Pros:

Close to everything on the boardwalk, was walking distance to our concert at hard rock and was offered a room upgrade that made our weekend getaway more than amazing!

Cons:

Slightly expensive but that’s to be expected and tub was a little dirty
