Excelente hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca a centros comerciales, starbucks, restaurantes. Cerca al centro comercial Santafé y Oviedo. El desayuno es excelente y el personal del restaurante muy atento. La recepción del hotel es inmejorable con un personal muy atento.

Acogedor, en cuanto a ubicación, que era lo que buscamos, se necesita mas vigilancia en la limpieza

Cons:

Los Aires acondicionados , se tenían que prender manualmente, las baterias de los controles no funcioban, encontramos cuacarachas en el baño

Pros:

El trato del personal, muy amable. El desayuno variado y con sabores locales.

Cons:

La habitación tenía varios elementos que no funcionaban: el televisor, el control remoto del aire acondicionado, una cortina trabada, zona ruidosa. Nos tuvieron que cambiar a otra en buen estado.
