Pros:

The staff were really very lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable

Pros:

Great location in town. We were at the heart of all the shops and the beach was a 10 minute walk! The staff were also just wonderful and attentive. The hotel itself is just beautiful. Many nights after being out we sat outside and had a night cap. Fantastic experience

All of our requeats has been answered immidietly with smile
They even let us to use the hotel facilities after check out because are flight was late .
Location is great at the center of rethymno

Loved everything specially the pools and the location. It is expensive but woth it.
