Truly relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and right in the centre of Rethymno, but quiet and ideal for a relaxing break as well as sightseeing.
Breakfast is amazing with an incredible variety of food and choices and is an unhurried pleasure eaten outside in the lovely courtyard. All the rooms are individual but all have pleasing outlooks and we were truly happy with our room at the top of the hotel with its views over the town. The two pools are wonderful the bar extremely pleasant and quiet. and the staff are amazing, attentive, courteous and so very helpful. This is a wonderful hotel.

Cons:

I really cannot think of any improvements that could be made or are needed to be made. The hotel owners have thought of everything.

Everything. Location was great, the pool garden must be the most peaceful place in town, breakfast was amazing,the staff was helpful and polite, I would definitely stay there again.

מלון נהדר מכל הבחינות !
Pros:

מיקום מרכזי. מלון יפהפה. נקיון מדהים.צוות שירותי , נעים, סובלני, עזר לנו במציאת מסעדה מסויימת ובהמלצות לטיול. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת .אחד המחונות היפים שהייתי בהם.הסוויטה מרוווחת מאד, מספיק מקומות איחסון, נקייה, נעימה.

Cons:

שודרגנו בחינם לסוויטה דופלקס, שבדיעבד פחות התאימה לנו בשל העובדה שחדרי השינה בקומה שנייה, והשרותים והמקלחת בקומה ראשונה.

Pros:

Väga rikkalik hommikusöök, ülihoolitsev personal, asukoht vanalinna südames, kaks basseini.

Cons:

Toas oli tugev kloorilõhn. Tuba asus kahel korrusel, mille vahel kitsas trepp. Ka kaheinimese voodi oli ootamatult kitsas. Autoga reisijatel tuleb arvestada lisaks korraliku parkimistasuga, kuna hotell asub linna südames.

Swanky luxury stay
Pros:

Very warm welcome. We arrived early and they let us leave our luggage. They then texted when the room was ready and our bags were already in our room, with the AC on when we arrived. Hotel is pretty luxurious. We enjoyed a lovely complimentary welcome drink by the pool. Room was great, great bed, nice bathroom, good tv (only streaming services though). Breakfast buffet was a real winner-a huge choice and more than enough options for a diabetic! Wish we stayed longer.

Cons:

Minor gripe. At night there are lots of little lights on in the room from the emergency exit, fuse box etc, so was hard to get it really dark. But that’s all. Everything else was top class.

Pros:

Onze koffers werden naar de kamer gebracht voor ons en we werden welkom geheten met een drankje (voor mij ook alcoholvrij en dat was heerlijk!). Het voelde erg luxe en de kamers waren erg mooi, schoon en comfortabel! De locatie was echt geweldig, helemaal in het oude centrum - je bent zo bij een heerlijk restaurant, in de haven of bij de fortezza. Daarnaast heel prima ontbijt buffet en twee pools die erg fijn waren.

Cons:

De tijden van de pools waren wel een beetje onhandig voor onze ene nacht, jammer dat ze om 8 uur dicht gingen en pas om 11 openden. Nu mag je ze op dag van in en uitchecken gewoon nog gebruiken, maar met onze timing dus helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Enige minpunt bij ontbijt was dat de verse melk absoluut niet vers was en niet lekker smaakte. Het licht van de airco was enigszins fel, maar met een handdoek er overheen ook opgelost.
