We stayed in the hot tub room. Great tub after it reached max heat. Good jets, etc in a nice patio area

Cons:

Management skimped on details. Needed soap to be in both bathrooms. Night light indicating steps down to bathroom was not working. Shower leaked big time, leaving puddles on floor and slippery conditions. Saw it was caulked and attempts were made to fix the problem. Proper fix is obviously a new shower insert.

Espetacular! Bem localizado, confortável e equipe excepcional
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável, hotel muito bem localizado. Apesar de ser bem no meio do centro antigo, fica em uma rua mais reservada, então não é barulhento.
Apesar de não ter estacionamento, tem estacionamento privativo bem pertinho.
Mas o ponto alto é a equipe do hotel, da recepção ao café da manhã. TODOS muito acolhedores e prestativos desde o momento da reserva até durante a estadia. Excelente !

Excellent location in the old town area centrally located. Beach was not far away.
Pros:

The breakfast was ideal a buffet breakfast that catered for every taste, the staff were efficient friendly and attentive.

Cons:

I couldn’t think of a thing that could be done any better.

L'emplacement,le confort,la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner hors norme. Petite bouteille de raki et petits gâteaux de bienvenue dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le bruit car la chambre 202 se trouve sur le côté rue. Donc beaucoup de passage. Il faudrait du double vitrage pour éviter les nuisances sonores.

Brilliant location in the centre of the old town. The hotel itself is just to die for with atmosphere and interest and chic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was full of interest. The breakfasts were fantastic. You can tell we were impressed...

Pros:

L'emplacement très central, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, le petit-déjeuner. La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

La piscine qui n'est pas chauffée et la présence visible des pigeons (plumes dans les piscines et crottes sur les fauteuils relax)

Rimondi is beautiful and the staff make you feel like you are at home
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly
The building is beautiful and the room very comfortable
The location in old town is great too

Cons:

The only thing that could make Rimondi better is to have a designated car park.
Finding parking nearby was sometimes challenging and expensive

Right inside the beautiful old town
Pros:

The property is located within the old town and so close to all amazing restaurants and little shops. Even though we were right in the middle of old town in the cobbled streets (no driver access), the location of the hotel was perfect.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem. They met us at where our taxi had arranged to drop us off (at beginning of cobbled streets) to take our luggage a short minute walk to hotel. Also the breakfast staff were so friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Lots on offer with fresh juices and a healthy smoothie each morning.

Cons:

We had booked two rooms and both were lovely - being next to one another - but we found our bed, being a smaller double, to be a little smaller than we would have liked. Bedding
, even though beautifully clean, could have been a little more substantial (even though in one of the rooms a blanket was provided)

We didn't get the cleaning service on one day but we were offered clean towels and more toiletries.
