Pros:

Location, breakfast, spa, staff. To be able to use the spa facilities on the day of checking out.

Skvělý hotel s katastrofálním jídlem.
Pros:

Čisto, kvalitní vybavení, perfekt wellness, vstřícný personál.

Cons:

Strašné jídlo, jedna maličká porce hogofogo, nenajíte se, jinak nutno se dojíst studeným bufetem. V kontrastu s perfekt hotelem jídlo je katastrofa. V podstatě jste o hladu. A la carte nemají, takže na hubnutí fain.

Schöne Tage in Schladming, perfekt zum Enspannen und Skifahren. Im Sommer für Bergausflüge ebenso ideal.
Pros:

Extrem gut geschultes Personal. Nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch perfekt organisiert. Hunde sind nicht nur zugelassen, sondern tatsächlich willkommen. Essen gut, große vegane Auswahl.

Gerne wieder, vom Personal waren wir begeistert!
Pros:

Erwartungsgemäß ist es ein wunderbares Hotel, das hohe Ansprüche erfüllen kann.
Sehr aufmerksam wurde zum Geburtstag gratuliert. Der Tisch war nett dekoriert und es gab sogar einen Kuchen mit Sprühkerze. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitgründen das hervorragende Angobt nicht voll ausnutzen. Grundsätzlich aber herrliches Frühstück! Die Bar hat ein sehr angenehmen Ambiente und ein hervorragendes Angebot an Weinen und Getränken. An einem Abend gab es Livemusik mit einer guten Liedauswahl und erträglicher Lautstärke. Yogakurs hat gut gefallen.

Cons:

Uns war der Pool im Wellnessbereich leider etwas zu kühl. Zum Schwimmen würde es passen - zum Planschen leider zu wenig. Deshalb haben wir dieses Angebot nur 1 x genutzt. In die Sauna haben wir es aus Zeitgründen leider gar nicht geschafft. Am Abreisetag (Sonntag) wurden wir in einen separaten Raum gesetzt, da der Samstag-Samstag Turnus angereist war und den Tisch übernommen hat. Dort war es etwas kühl.

personal v hotelu je bil super, razen šofer kombija do smučišča je bil katastrofalen. zelo nevljuden. Z velikim odporom je opravljal svoje delo.
