Velmi kvalitní wellness hotel na skvělém místě, ale několik detailů zbytečně kazí celkový dojem.
Pros:

Hotel se nachází na výborném místě v rámci Schladmingu s dostatkem parkovacích míst přímo před hotelem. Pokoj byl velmi pěkný, čistý a útulný, s krásným využitím typického štýrského neopracovaného dřeva v interiéru. Personál byl po celý pobyt velmi milý, ochotný a profesionální.

Večeře byly na vysoké gastronomické úrovni. Snídaně nabízely velký výběr kvalitních surovin a velmi jsme ocenili možnost nechat si připravit čerstvou omeletu podle vlastního přání.

Wellness je prostorné, čisté a příjemné k odpočinku.

Cons:

Na hotel této kategorie jsme očekávali o něco lépe vybavené wellness. Přestože působí prostorně, samotná nabídka je poměrně skromná – jedna finská sauna, jedna sauna s nižší teplotou, jedna parní sauna a vířivka. Ochlazovací bazének nebyl dostatečně studený, takže po saunování neplnil svou funkci úplně ideálně. Během našeho pobytu bylo navíc v celém hotelu poměrně teplo, přestože venkovní teploty byly okolo 20–22 °C.

Snídaně byly kvalitní, ale nabídka se každý den téměř neměnila, takže při delším pobytu působila poněkud jednotvárně.

Největší výhradu máme k transparentnosti některých poplatků. Na účet je automaticky účtován servisní příspěvek 10 € za pokoj a den, aniž bychom na to byli při příjezdu výslovně upozorněni. Zároveň se při každé večeři na účtence znovu objevuje prostor pro další spropitné, což působí matoucím dojmem.

Podobně nás překvapila restaurace. Po objednávce „Can we get a water?“ jsme dostali balenou minerální vodu za 6,70 € za litr. Nápojový lístek jsme nedostali a cena předem nebyla zmíněna. Teprve po našem dotazu nám bylo vysvětleno, že pokud jsme chtěli kohoutkovou vodu, měli jsme si ji výslovně objednat. Personál byl velmi vstřícný a omluvil se, proto to nevnímáme jako jeho chybu, ale spíše jako nedostatek v komunikaci hotelu vůči zahraničním hostům.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern und tollen Spa berich,mit tollem personal und fantastischen Essen 👌Es ist auch ein sehr Kinderfreundliches Hotel,wir waren mit unser 22 Monate alten Tochter dort👌Was auch noch angenehm war absolute ruhe,kein lärm im Gang oder draußen,haben mit offener Balkontür geschlafen 👌

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im obersten Stockwerk und wir hatten eine traumhaft Aussicht. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht.
Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Es hat immer sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Cons:

Wir können nichts beanstanden. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hatten wir!
Pros:

Wir fanden das Hotel sehr angenehm und man konnte gut zu ruhe kommen. Die Zimmern sind wunderschön. Im allgemein alles war perfekt und ein sehr schönes Hotel zum empfehlen. Was mir auch sehr gefallen hat das die Mitarbeiter dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Das schätze ich sehr, weil ich viel reise und ich leider es oft anders gesehen habe, was hier nicht der Fall war. Also kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
