We love coming back
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always loved the excellent breakfast and dinner with many options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. We were there during the holidays and the hotel was full, but everything was still very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always making you feel truly welcome. One of the reasons we like to come back is lunch at the bar, we love the Wiener schnitzel and veggie bowl, but unfortunately these were not available this time. Instead, the only option was frankfurter sausages with fries, with no vegetarian or sweet options, which was not on the level of a 4-star superior hotel, especially considering the price of almost €700 per night. After a day of skiing it would be great to have a proper lunch at the hotel. We hope the schnitzel and veggie bowl will return to the menu, as we would love to come back.

Location, breakfast, spa, staff. To be able to use the spa facilities on the day of checking out.

Skvělý hotel s katastrofálním jídlem.
Pros:

Čisto, kvalitní vybavení, perfekt wellness, vstřícný personál.

Cons:

Strašné jídlo, jedna maličká porce hogofogo, nenajíte se, jinak nutno se dojíst studeným bufetem. V kontrastu s perfekt hotelem jídlo je katastrofa. V podstatě jste o hladu. A la carte nemají, takže na hubnutí fain.
