Sehr Freundliches und Bemühtes Personal - so herzlich wurden wir selten willkommen geheißen.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern.
Beim Frühstück fehlte uns an nichts - alle wünsche wurden uns erfüllt.
Chefin hat uns mit Ihrer fröhlichen und zuvorkommenden Art verzaubert und unseren Aufenthalt im Falkensteiner unvergesslich gemacht.
Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Pros:

Sehr komfortable Zimmer und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig und sehr gut. Auch das Abendessen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Schwimmbecken war recht kühl im Vergleich zu Thermen Hotels dh Erwartung meiner Tochter mit 15 Jahren (die noch nicht in den Sauna Bereich darf) war, im Schwimmbecken relaxen zu können, dafür ist das Wasser zu kalt
