Almost perfect, just don’t run out of ginger at breakfast! 😄
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the hotel was spotless, the design was amazing, the wellness area was huge, the gym was well-equipped, and the food was excellent.

Cons:

There was no ginger available for two consecutive days at breakfast, i.e., in the section where guests can make their own fresh juice. 😄

Ein tolles Hotel das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Wohlfühlgarantie
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig mit viel Stauraum, Essen war sehr exquisit und nobel. Im Spa-Bereich gibt es genügend Liegen für die Gäste. Sauna Top.

Cons:

Der Pool im Spa war etwas zu kalt.

Auf den Spuren der ZDF Fernsehserie "Die Bergretter"
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Schladming, in der Nähe der Kongresshalle und fußläufig zur Planai und damit den Buslinien. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist groß und damit leider sehr laut. Ein paar kleine Abtrennungen würden da wahrscheinlich schon helfen.

Von unserem Balkon konnten wir direkt in das Entspannungsbecken des Spa Bereichs gucken.
Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber vielleicht die, die dort entspannen wollten.

Lokalita je idealni, vsude blizko na vylety a vyslapy. Snidane bez chyby, wellness perfektni, postele i pokoj skvely.
Personal je strasne prijemny a potesily mne tipy na vylety. Jsem si jista, ze se zase vratime.

Cons:

Nemam vubec nic, co bych vytkla.
Pokud bych mohla neco upravit, byl by to jen studenejsi ochlazovaci bazenek u saun, jinak nic jineho :).

Das Nachbarbundesland ist eine Reise wert - vor allem das Falkensteiner in Schladming - TOP
Pros:

Das Haus als solches ist sehr gut gelegen und alle im Haus sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - jede Auskunft die wir wollten (auch zu Infos zu den Seilbahnen etc.) wurde immer super beantwortet. Geräumiges großes Zimmer. Sauber und Hell! Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück (große Auswahl) und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen inkl. Vorspeisenbuffet!!
Sauna und Bäderlandschaft hat alle notwendigen Saunen (Dampf, Bio und Finnisch) und ein großes Indoor/Outdoor Pool.
Sehr viel Ruhezohnenbereiche !!
Uns hat alles gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder - dank der Dachstein Card war wurden auch alle Outdoor Aktionen wirklich leistbar (Karte gab es im Hotel dazu!)

Cons:

Der Vorsaison geschuldet gab es noch ein etwas unkoordiniertes Abendessen. Wir wurden manchmal von 2-3 MitarbeiterInnern gefragt welchen Gang wir gerade hatten und welcher folgen sollte. Der Mitarbeiter, der dann für uns zuständig war, hatte das dann eh immer alles im Griff. Wir hatten immer einen guten Kontakt zu allen, unsere Tisch Nachbarn mussten das eine oder andere Mal aber auf die Vorspeise verzichten. ABER - es waren ALLE super freundlich und auch da haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!
