Unacceptable bed, misleading information, and very poor communication

The hotel is in a central location

Cons:

Terrible communication, terrible facilities, misleading messages and false information.
And, especially, A bed with an old sagging mattress – completely unacceptable.

The messages are all AI-generated and completely useless because they contain false information, and the staff neither read nor reply to them, even when prompted to do so by the AI agent. The welcome message promised me a special price with the expensive adjacent car park – which was completely untrue – and I ended up paying an exorbitant amount. The hotel’s messages are completely misleading; for example, they claim the hotel has 24-hour self-check-in and that if I don’t receive the access codes I should call them – all of which is untrue. The rooms are spacious but lack the essentials; there is no coat hook, nowhere to unpack your suitcases, the shower and washbasin were blocked (with a risk of flooding in the case of the shower), the heating is not working properly, and so on…

da werden wir nicht mehr buchen. Das Hotel ist dafür, was es bietet, viel zu teuer.
Pros:

das Zimmer war groß unjd sauben. Daswasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab und stieg über die Randkante ins badezimmer. Nur zwei Kleiderbügl.

Cons:

Der Eingang des Hotels war unglaublich verschmutzt und defekt.
Tür-Keykarten haben nicht funktioniert. Wir musstn mit digitalen Nummern per Handy die türen öffnen.
Es wurde keinerlei Frühstück angeboten.

Pros:

Hotellet har en veldig praktisk beliggenhet, og det ligger også ganske nær sentrum.

Cons:

Vi fikk ikke en elektronisk nøkkel til ytterdøren. Derfor måtte vi, da vi kom tilbake fra byen etter kl. 21.00, vente på at en av hotellets gjester skulle komme ut, slik at vi kunne komme inn. Hotellets administrator avslutter arbeidsdagen kl. 21.00 og var ikke tilgjengelig på telefon.
Teppet på rommet har store flekker, og dusjkabinettet var ikke rengjort. Eg anbefaler ikkje dette hotellet.

Helaas was mijn verblijf teleurstellend vanwege de slechte hygiëne en het ongemakkelijke bed.

De locatie was goed.

Cons:

De kamer was niet schoon en het bed was niet comfortabel. Ook was de algemene hygiëne niet zoals verwacht.

The hotel has bedbugs. I booked one night to get some sleep before my trip, but I didn't get a single hour. The hotel didn't provide any alternatives. There were no other available rooms in the city, so my night was ruined. The hotel must remain closed until all necessary sanitation work is completed. Complaints have been filed with the Dutch Consumer and Market Regulatory Authority (ACM) and the NVWA (Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit).
