Cons:

The hotel has bedbugs. I booked one night to get some sleep before my trip, but I didn't get a single hour. The hotel didn't provide any alternatives. There were no other available rooms in the city, so my night was ruined. The hotel must remain closed until all necessary sanitation work is completed. Complaints have been filed with the Dutch Consumer and Market Regulatory Authority (ACM) and the NVWA (Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit).

Absolutely unacceptable - bed bugs and poor hygiene

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my family, and sadly, our experience was very bad. During our stay, our towels and bed sheets were never changed, the bathroom bin was not emptied, and they did not even leave us toilet paper.

The rooms were also very dark. We never saw the cleaning staff or anyone from the hotel service, so we could not report these problems.

At night, we started feeling very itchy while sleeping. After a few days, we had bites all over our bodies. The itching was so bad that we had a strong allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency room for treatment.

This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for our whole family. We do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the possible bed bug problem are completely unacceptable.
