Pros:

This hotel really has it all. Located just outside the village, with stunning views on the mountains around, this place is a small piece of heaven. All meals are provided and are of exquisite quality. Amazing swimming and wellness opportunities. Very relaxed atmosphere.

אוהבים את המקום מאד אבל יש מקום לשיפור
Pros:

זו הפעם השלישית שאנו מתארחים כאן. חייבת לציין שאנחנו מאד אוהבים את המקום , את האיזור, הניקיון, האוכל והצוות האדיב והפעם הבאנו איתנו גם חברים.
היינו פה בעבר כשהמלון היה קטן יותר כמו מלון בוטיק ואינטימי יותר.

Cons:

לצערי הפעם מעט התאכזבנו מבחינת החדרים, כל הפינוקים הקטנים שבדרכ משדרגים את החדר לא היו. אין בחדרים לא מכונת קפה ואפילו לא קומקום ( למרות שכשביקשנו, הביאו לנו) ובטח שלא קפה או תה.
קיבלנו חדר באגף החדש ולא אהבתי בכלל שחדר האמבטיה פתוח לתוך החדר ואין דלת בכלל.
קצת הרגיש לנו שהמקום גדל והפך להיות ממוסחר מידי… חבל😞

Ein Traum vor monumentaler Kulisse. Absolut zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Selten so eine perfekte und gleichzeitig persönliche Hotellerie erlebt. Frühstück überragend, Alpenglühen im Aussenpool nach einem wunderbaren Skitag bei einem Glas Aperol genießen; riesen Spa und Saunabereich. Personal perfekt geschult und gleichzeitig herzlich. Die vielen Details machen den Unterschied. Vom frischen Kaiserschmarrn, den Mini-Brezen zum Weisswurstfrühstück am Sonntag, zu einer überragenden Salatbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Dobry hotel, w którym niedociągnięcia organizacyjne odbierają przyjemność z pobytu.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny hotel z ciekawą i nowoczesną architekturą oraz lokalizacją wśród natury, tuż obok szumiącego potoku. Jedzenie bardzo dobre – na kolacji ciekawe i smaczne dania, duży wybór serów i warzyw. Śniadania również na plus, szczególnie świeżo robione jajka i smaczne, świeże pieczywo.
Basen na dachu nowoczesny i zadbany, sauny różnorodne i czyste, dostępne także dobre herbaty. W całym obiekcie bardzo czysto – świeże ręczniki i czyste kubki. Pokoje ładne i zadbane, a w naszym dodatkowym atutem był taras z ładnym widokiem.

Cons:

Hotel ma duży potencjał, jednak w obecnej organizacji widoczne są istotne niedociągnięcia, które wpływają na komfort pobytu.
Największym problemem był ski bus. Przed wyjazdem dokładnie sprawdziliśmy informacje na Booking – w odpowiedziach hotelu na pytania gości – gdzie widniała informacja, że bus kursuje do godziny 17:00. W praktyce ostatni kurs odbywał się o 16:30. Jednego dnia zakończyliśmy jazdę o 16:40 i po kontakcie z recepcją otrzymaliśmy informację, że busa już nie ma i nie będzie. W konsekwencji musieliśmy zamówić taksówkę (35 EUR). W kolejnych dniach, aby uniknąć dodatkowych kosztów, dojeżdżaliśmy na stok własnym samochodem. Dodatkowo bus ma jedynie 7 miejsc i w przypadku większej liczby chętnych nie są organizowane dodatkowe kursy, co przy tej lokalizacji stanowi realne utrudnienie. Rozczarowująca była również realizacja atrakcji promowanych w ofercie. Degustacja wina, którą hotel podkreśla w opisie rezerwacyjnym, odbywa się wyłącznie w czwartki o 17:00, czyli w godzinach, gdy większość gości jest jeszcze na stoku. Seanse saunowe oraz zajęcia relaksacyjne nie odbywały się zgodnie z harmonogramem, mimo że goście oczekiwali na ich rozpoczęcie. To istotne, ponieważ właśnie te udogodnienia były jednym z powodów wyboru obiektu. W pokoju otrzymaliśmy po jednej poduszce na osobę – bardzo cienkiej i niewygodnej. Konieczna była również wymiana niedziałającego podświetlenia LED w małym lustrze łazienkowym. Hotel ma skomplikowany układ i łatwo się w nim zgubić, a przy zameldowaniu nie zaproponowano nam pomocy w dotarciu do pokoju. Podsumowując, standard obiektu wskazuje na duże ambicje, jednak organizacja transportu oraz rzetelność w zakresie deklarowanych usług wymagają zdecydowanej poprawy.
