אוכל מעולה, מגוון גדול, מלון עם בניין חדש, יוקרתי

Cons:

חוויית הזמנה פשוט גרועה דרך בוקינג. הציגו לי חדר ענק לצערי זה היה מצג שווא אחד גדול. חצי מהחדר היה מסדרון, חדר שממש לא מתאים למשפחה. בבדיקה מול המלון אמרו שבאתר המלון מציגים ורושמים לגבי החדר שחלקו הגדול אכן אזור לוגיסטי והגודל שלו שונה לחלוטין מהגודל שפורסם בבוקינג. אמרו שהאיש שמטפל להם בבוקינג כנראה החסיר את פרט המידע הזה. לצערי גם לאחר פניות רבות לבוקינג ונסיון לפתור את הנושא לא חזרו אליי עם תגובה

Our stay at ZillergrundRock was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is an incredible mountain retreat and the perfect place to unwind after exploring Mayrhofen.Our room was spacious, beautifully styled, and exceptionally comfortable. The absolute highlight of the property is the spectacular two-level Sky Spa—the infinity pool is stunning and offers breathtaking mountain views.The food and hospitality were equally outstanding. The Gourmet Pension PLUS dining options exceeded our expectations, from the extensive and fresh breakfast buffet to the creative, multi-course evening menus. Above all, the entire staff and the host family were warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. We cannot wait to return!

Pros:

Bazén na střeše resortu !

Cons:

Hlučné rodiny s neposlušnými dětmi by měli mít zvlášť oddělený prostor v restauraci. Místa je tam dostatek. Tak jenom poprosím hoteliéry, ať si lépe zorganizují provoz ! Museli jsme si přesednout.

Alles war top. Der Service war sehr nett. Das Essen war super lecker. Man fühlte sich rundum wohl. Alles sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos, einfach ein Traum. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Het fantastische eten.

Cons:

Wij hadden een Donkere kamer. Hotel ligt in een kloof. Dus je moet altijd door tunnel om beneden in Mayerhofen te komen.

Pros:

Ganz tolles Hotel in besonderer Lage.
Herausragendes kulinarisches Angebot, eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Produkten.
Überaus freundliches und überwiegend gut geschultes, serviceorientiertes Personal. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier auch, dass wirklich immer alles aufgefüllt war: von Handtüchern über Getränke & Snacks. Ein tolles Ambiente im gesamten Hotel - Wohlfühlatmosphäre!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊

Cons:

Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau: uns waren die Matratzen im Bett zu weich, allerdings ist das ja auch Geschmacksache.
