Pros:

Hotel moderno e confortevole dotato di una bella piscina e posizionato al centro di Malia, staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente.

Cons:

La stanza, all'arrivo, non era ben pulita.
La distanza dal mare è di circa 1,5 km e non servita da mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Tiny shower, air conditioner working, but leaking on the table, walls probably made by paper, you can hear all neighbours, especially at night.
Couldn't say hotel is suitable for families with children, there is nothing to do for them, even pool is different from photos. Outside terace closes at 9PM, so you should stay in your room or go to the city. Beach is far away, about 30min on foot.
Overall 1-2 nights stand, not more.
Breakfast- well, there was it.

If you want the short version: avoid this place.

First of all, we were greeted by staff who were unfriendly and unwilling to answer any questions we had. We were simply told to hand over our passports and fill out a form.

We were also promised that our room would be cleaned and that the bed sheets and towels would be changed every other day. This was simply not true. The towels we received had stains on them, and the bed sheets were never changed. Instead, they were just pulled tight to make them look fresh.

Our room had cockroaches, and when we informed the staff, they simply told us that it was “normal” and did nothing about it. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the shower only worked properly half the time, and the mirror was extremely dirty with what looked like blood stains and other marks all over it.

I had also booked two different room types, but instead we were given two identical rooms. I didn’t even bother complaining because the staff were completely unhelpful. They would only stare at you with an unfriendly attitude—no smile, no greeting, nothing.

Throughout our stay, we were respectful towards the staff and the property. We never received a single complaint about noise, our behaviour, or anything else. That’s why I found it very strange that we were treated so poorly from the very beginning, despite doing nothing but respecting the hotel and its rules.

During our stay, we also got to know several other guests at the hotel who shared similar experiences with the staff. Hearing that others had encountered the same unfriendly and unhelpful attitude made us realize that our experience was not an isolated incident.

We eventually had to ask for more toilet paper because none was provided. Since our towels were never replaced, we had to hang them outside to dry. During the night, one of the towels fell onto the ground and landed in the soil where the plants were, making it dirty.

One night stay to visit someone in Malia so maybe to cold breakfast was unusual, unable to tell

Great family hotel.
Pros:

The reception, bar and pool area are amazing and spotless. The bedroom was a good size with everything you need , hairdryer, fridge and good storage. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This isn’t a criticism it’s a suggestion, the patio was very stiff and difficult to lock maybe maintenance could have a look. Also this is only our personal opinion the pillows were a little on the firm side for us.
