Muy buen hotel

Muy acorde precio calidad, muy confortable, limpio, si bien está en un pueblo de pescadores, es seguro y con unas playas muy tranquilas...y Julio da la información necesaria

Clean but needs maintenance. The beach club is nice and the food delicious, but expensive. Far from downtown, convenient if you just want a beach getaway. The neighborhood is distant and lonely. The hotel is difficult to find- although it has a neon sign, it’s not lit. It’s a house, always closed. You have to ring a bell and wait for them to get the door. Staff is friendly (gracias por todo señora Claudia) but they have a helper who speaks little Spanish, and is not very helpful.

Arrived to the hotel about 830 pm. Looked like it was close to other hotel restaurants. Wanting to walk and get dinner but was told by the hotel staff that it was unsafe to go outside. Asked for a cab and was told it was difficult to get one. Ending up leaving the hotel that evening. Staff working was rude to my spouse but apologies when we brought it up.

Banho frio. Localização perigosa. Barulho de outros hóspedes. Mexeram em nossos pertences. Pedi para falar com o proprietário e o funcionário disse nos que ele morava em Miami . Falei que eu chamaria a polícia e riu de maneira debochada. Não fiz boletim de ocorrência por medo de represálias .

El Hotel esta a 5/10 min en auto de la ciudad amurallada. La habitacion "Barracuda" estuvo muy bien, pero al estar al lado de las mesas de desayuno con pared de tablas de madera, uno llega a escuchar todos los sonidos y voces del exterior. Carece de cochera por lo que hay dejar el vehiculo bajo el cuidado de un vigilador porque segun la gente del hotel tienden a robar los vehiculos sin supervision. El desayuno excelente.

Buenos días, primero el hotel queda cerca a playa para los que no quieren ir a islas, segundo el personal del hotel muy atentos, tercero no me gustó la ubicación, nuy lejos de bocagrande y del centro histórico, siempre toca coger taxi y son caros, cuarto el segundo día de estancia no realizaron aseo a la habitación.

Hotel is located close to the beach, staff is very good - paying attention to detail. This is a family run hotel. Like I read on other reviews, it is located in a barrio popular, but I knew that going in to it. I felt safe while we were there. Quit and out of the bustle of Cartagena, but a very easy taxi ride into the city.

The hotel is only 10 minutes far from the city, in front bof a beautiful beach without restrictions, where you can bath and swim almost all the year.

El hotel es muy agradable y acogedor las habitaciones son lindas y aseadas, el sector esta en límite de la boquilla por lo que tiene malas referencias pero se puede solucionar pidiendo servicio de taxi por llamada

Estimados amigos de Hoteles.com:
La verdad no me atreví a entrar al hotel simplemente por su mala ubicación. Está inserto en un sector social tremendamente vulnerable donde es posible apreciar claramente no sólo el mal estado del entorno sino también percibir la falta de seguridad. Tuve que cambiarme a un hotel del sector Bocagrande.
Como dato aparte, la inseguridad es posible detectarla en cualquier sector de Cartagena, por muy acomodado que este sea.
