Good spot to base yourself to see all Mostar has to show you.
Pros:

Location was excellent - don’t just wander to the bridges as it’s a bit touristy…. This hotel gives you good access to the rest of Mostar and the sights to see. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Shower is great!

Cons:

No tea / coffee / water provided but there is a minibar which isn’t the same offering in our book.

Not a hotel thing but be aware that the vast majority of bars / restaurants only accept cash and that most atm charge quite a high rate. *Not the hotels fault*
