Pros:

Very clean, lovely welcoming people at recption. Grass area in the middle is lovely. Amazing cafe at the front and very close to the stadium. Large space.

Cons:

We had an Exec 2 bed, but it wasn't really 2 private bedrooms. One was a mezzazine that was completely open to downstairs on both sides. It's very noisy with wooden floors. Skylights and windows with no covers mean you are woken with daylight. No full length mirrors. Would not xhoose this room again

Nice convenient Christchurch stay
Pros:

We had one of their smallest rooms, which was very small, but they had all the essentials. There was a large shared kitchen on the floor and a nice park like area outside. Other units appeared bigger with balconies and multiple rooms. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown Christchurch.

Cons:

Getting to the other side of the bed was difficult due to the bed's proximity to the wall.

Would recommend and stay there again!
Pros:

In the CBD for a reasonable price.
Allowed us to store our luggage for a few days while we were on a cycling tour.

Clean and modern. Friendly reception staff, who helped when I left something behind!

Cons:

A bit bland? The bed was very near the window by parked cars. There is no restaurant, and it's hard to find food close by. You need to be a good walker in Christchurch!

So good and so well positioned to the city that we have booked for our return
Pros:

We had so much assistance from the young lady at reception on Wednesday morning. I think her name was Estella or something similar. She is such a great sport! Give her a raise👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Pros:

Whilst we were only staying over night the staff was very helpful and should we return to Christchurch we would like to stay at the hotel, it is also located at the top end of the city not far from the main shopping area, so you can there very easily.

Clean, good location but not suitable for light sleepers.
Pros:

Reception available throughout the night, important as we arrived at 2am. Spotlessly clean and had all basic necessities. The beds were comfortable.
Location : 20 minutes from airport in a cab. Lots of places to have breakfast within walking distance.

Cons:

No help offered with cases up steep steps at 2am.
Huge sky lights above and at the side of bedrooms making it impossible to sleep after dawn, poorly thought out. Check what type of bedroom as we were given a mezzanine bedroom.
Ground floor bedrooms face the car park, could be an issue with cars arriving late and leaving early.
