Pros:

Locationans free beverages inside the room and at the lobby

Cons:

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

A convenient place for short/long term stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very closed to MRT and also there are many good restaurants around the area. The staff in this place are super nice. The room is clean and in decent size.

Cons:

The bathroom is poorly renovated and it is definitely worth a good makeover.

Pros:

這裡的住宿地點非常方便，離台北火車站很近，也在捷運中山站附近，周邊的商店餐廳很多。一個樓層有4間房間，內外環境很乾淨，空間也很大，床很舒服，隔音好，有很大的衣櫃，還有個別的客廳跟大陽台，雙門冰箱+電磁爐+微波爐+膠囊咖啡機+快煮壺...簡直是個小廚房，浴室除了乾濕分離還有免治沖水馬桶及大浴缸，也有浴室暖氣機，更令人驚訝的是有洗脫烘衣機(有附一顆洗衣球，我也洗了一套衣服，很安靜的洗衣機)，真的是旗艦配備的雙床房，我從沒住過如此優質的飯店，服務人員也相當客氣，服務態度優良! 應該找不到缺點的一家飯店喔!!

Pros:

中山駅から徒歩5分ほどで交通の便がよく、三越はじめ、買い物や食事には困らない。
部屋が広々してゆったり過ごすことができる。
洗濯乾燥機、浴室乾燥機能が本当に便利。
ミニキッチンや電子レンジも重宝しました。
リビング、キッチンと、寝室が分かれている。
バスルームがとても広い。

大通り沿いの部屋は街の音が気になる。

我們退房後有東西遺失在飯店，飯店很貼心通知且幫忙保管

Bathroom (shower cubicle) really dated with broken tiles and missing edge tiles, crevices not cleaned properly, streaks along the marble surface etc.

Internet connectivity not ideal, WiFi signal not strong and speed is not great

King/Queen bed is made of 2 twins pushed together so you can’t use the centre.

以為空間大設備多，可以使用小朋友也可以多活動，但整潔上也還好…

位置在鬧區是還不錯

停車有點麻煩，對櫃檯人員很不好意思，要拿小孩東西分批拿很不方便，因為是機械車位…還有房間的洗衣機洗衣服會變灰色該可怕了…

Exclusive apartment in a great location
Pros:

Quite an exclusive place with all equipment for a nice stay. Loved the gigantic bathtub, comfy bed. There is a washing machine in the room, just what I needed. The staff at the entrance was pleasant.

立地、部屋の広さ、豪華さなど二重丸。もっと細かい部分に目が行き届くようになると、ハイレベルホテルになる。
Pros:

部屋の広さ、装備は、ラグジュアリー。中山駅に近くて立地が良い、また、部屋の清掃が行き届いている。ボトル水も毎日無料補給あり、午後はラウンジでの無料ドリンクタイムなどあり、サービスが良いと感じた。

Cons:

部屋の照明がやや暗すき。ベッドが腰痛持ちの私には、柔らかすぎ。シャワー設備の向きが真下でなく、やや壁側に向いていて使いづらい。キッチン付きの部屋を選んだが、ナイフ、まな板などは整備されておらず、食器は最低限の用意、これらが、改善されるともっと良くなる。
