Extremamente charmoso, no meio da cidade amuralhada, quarto aconchegante, café saboroso e funcionarios muito simpaticos.
O hotel é ótimo, com uma decoração elegante, bem limpo, a localização bem estratégica, o café da manhã atende e a equipe muito prestativa e simpática. Se um dia voltar a Cartagena, será com certeza minha primeira opção.

Localização é boa, mas como é bem no centro faz muito barulho. Os rooftops ao redor ecoam dentro do quarto. E as festas vão até 3 da manhã. Pra quem busca descanso é complicado.. sobre o café da manhã, você escolhe os itens e eles trazem, ótimo atendimento, comida gostosa. Mas é limitado. A piscina é bem pequena e não estava limpa. O café que tem no quarto também é pago.
Queriam me cobrar mais uma água, por suposta “falta no frigobar” mas essa água nunca esteve lá. Desorganização né.

Outside house could be heard, but to be expected. Water wasn’t hot, but given outside temperatures, not a bad thing!

Stanza bellissima, posizione perfetta per la movida.
Il bagno della suite è letteralmente attaccato al letto e aperto sia lateralmente che sul soffitto: un problema se tenete particolarmente alla privacy. Colazione mediocre su tavolo condiviso con gli altri ospiti: vista la quantità di gente mi son ritrovata a dover scegliere se far colazione in cucina con il cuoco o nel tavolino della piscina.

The bedrooms is a little small but perfect for a short stay.
Very nice and friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay here! Location is super central and they have 24/7 reception desk which helped a lot to feel safe mostly during the night.
