Hotel Boutique Santo Toribio

Excellent location, breakfast and wonderful service (everyone was very friendly, specially Maria and Josef). Wonderful accommodations and great atmosphere. I loved my stay and hope to come back.

We stayed at Hotel Santo Toribio for 4 nights. Nareem and Juan at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. Always willing to help and give advices. Betsaida and William at the breakfast room were engaging and always had a big smile. Something that is a big welcome to start your day. Our problem with the hotel is their airport transfer. During our stay, we received an email from the hotel that we can book transportation from the hotel to the airport. A link was included in the email, which took us to a third pary vendor. We booked the transfer back to the airport using the HOTEL PROVIDED link. On the day of our departure, the driver never showed up. We texted and called him. He kept saying he is on his way. After 30 minutes of waiting, we gave up on him and booked an Uber to the airport. The Uber driver showed up in 3 minutes. I asked the hotel for a refund and have not received any response. I spoke to Omar, who then asked Nataly to look into it. Both never responded back even after repeated attempts.

Good location. Few rooms, boutique style.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and kind. We especially appreciated the service at breakfast, Betsy was absolutely the best!

O quarto e a localização são os pontos fortes do hotel!

Tuve una estancia agradable en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, se sintió la calidez y la amabilidad de todo el personal, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún mejor.
El hotel es exactamente como se ve en las fotos:bonito, bien cuidado y con un ambiente acogedor. La habitación fue muy cómoda, limpia y con todos los detalles necesarios para una estadía agradable.
El desayuno es delicioso, con muy buenas opciones y todo preparado con gran calidad. Fue, sin duda, una de las mejores formas de empezar cada día.
Quiero hacer una mención especial a Betsaida por su excelente atención y amabilidad, y también a la chica de recepción durante el día, quien siempre fue muy servicial y atenta.
Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

O atendimento de absolutamente todos os funcionários foi excepcional. Todos extremamente solícitos e prestativos.

O quarto era lindo, banheiro com marmore verde e todo o hotel bem cuidado!

La gente era muy amable y el lugar muy bonito y buen ubicado. Me recibieron super bien , con cafe, agua, fruta y carta. Estuvo super padre.

Está demasiado bien ubicado. Es en toda la ciudad vieja entonces podemos hacer todo caminando. La zona en la noche es un poco más pesadita, sin ser insegura.

Hotel espetacular. Absolutamente tudo muito limpo, novo e organizado. Camas super confortáveis, quarto com bom espaço para guardar as coisas, banheiro impecável e banho maravilhoso (chegar de um dia de passeio no calor de Cartagena e tomar aquele banho era revigorante). O quarto e banheiro estavam sempre cheirosos e quando se chegava dos passeios o quarto estava geladinho pois a equipe do hotel deixava o ar ligado à nossa espera. A equipe do hotel super atenciosa e simpática. Hotel silencioso, café da manhã saboroso. Enfim, simplesmente tudo perfeito! Jacuzzi gostosa no terraço. Apenas a piscina não experimentamos. Localização maravilhosa também. Checkin e Checkout rápidos e sem burocracias. Uma garrafa de água cortesia por dia para cada hóspede. Enfim, voltaria mil vezes.

ATENDIMENTO DA EQUIPE É EXCELENTE. HOTEL MUITO AGRADÁVEL. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ MUITO BOM.

Do hotel como um todo e em especial de seus funcionários que, com simpatia e eficiência, nos deram todo o apoio com dicas sobre a cidade e até uma troca de apartamento que foi por nós pedida. O café da manhã, apesar de ter opções reduzidas, foi muito bem servido pelo William, sempre solicito e prestativo. Quero tbm deixar um elogio à Danila que resolveu rapidamente a troca de apartamento, sendo sempre amável e dando dicas sobre passeios, tal qual seu colega William. Tbm quero destacar a forma simpática e esclarecedora como fomos recebidos no check-in, por um funcionário que não lembro o nome, sempre com bastante eficiência e simpatia.

We had an exceptional experience at this boutique hotel.

The space is lovely with an intimate courtyard and small pool. Our room was a bit small but comfortable with a great bed! The hotel is located in the heart of the walled city with easy walking access to most things that visitors might want to do.

Where this hotel really shines is the staff! They were consistent in their efforts to ensure our stay was a positive one! The morning breakfast service, with William, always included a pleasant energy to start the stay. There were two members of the concierge staff (Nareem- though I might not have the spelling and his colleague whose name I'm embarrassed to say that I can't recall) who were genuinely invested in our well-being and ensuring needs were met.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased to have selected it for a visit to Cartagena.
