Pros:

Skapligt bra hotell, rent och bra service. Ligger dessvärre i lite ruffiga kvarter. Ingen vidare frukost. Men som helhet OK för priset.

Small, very well kept and clean!
Pros:

It was such a pleasant stay at Sion Santafe! I was going to stay only for the first 2 nights while in Bogota, but decided to go back to the same hotel after I came back to Bogota for extra 2 nights. As there was no reviews on this hotel, I wasn't sure what was the surprise, and there were a lot! All good though. :)

The location is great, near the Transmilenio bus line to get to pretty much anywhere, good stores and lots of places to eat out, Olympica supermarket across the street. I had another choice of staying at a hotel in the financial district, but I made a better choice!

Hotel staff were all nice and pleasant, very patient with my broken and very limited Spanish skill, and so helpful. It is a small hotel but felt like I was home.

Room was small but clean and I had enough space to spread my suitcases. Most of the rooms were facing inside, I believe, so there was no direct open window but it wasn't a big issue. If there were any issues, I wouldn't have gone back to the same hotel! Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay at the same hotel in Bogota.
