Pros:

Staff on check-in was excellent. They helped us get all of our bags inside in the rain (even though she was only working the front desk). Parking is a challenge at this property. Overall, a good one night stay on our 17-day drive around the country.

Nice hotel very close to the Blarney castle. Only down side is no air conditioning. It was hot even with fans they provided.

Perfect location. We were asked if we were in Killarney for the races. We were not, but the free Coach left from Killarney Avenue Hotel. Had a great night on the first of a 5
day annual meeting.

Great hotel! Super comfortable mattress! Great breakfast! Receptionist, Ewelynn, the receptionist was delightful, fun, personable, knowledgeable and very professional. The hotel is very lucky to have her!

Pros:

Great hotel, very central location to the restaurants and shops in Killarney. I was worried about parking but was able to get a spot both nights we were there - staff were super helpful.

It was lovely. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
The breakfast buffets had a lot of choices. The lunch or dinner meals were delicious. I told the the wait staff that what I liked about the food was that it was served hot on warm plates. That allowed me to enjoy my meal, take my time without it getting cold before I finished. I thought the prices were reasonable.
