Pros:

Tout était parfait, du jardin à la piscine sur le toit, de l’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel à l’emplacement, pour visiter la vieille ville ou pour aller à la plage.

Mic dejun acelasi , repetat in fiecare zi , slab diversificat, calitate slaba a produselor, prea putune produse autohtone, fructe puține, daca nu te trezeai devreme nu mai aveai, ouale ochi si cele fierte erau reci, scoase din frigider si nu erau proaspete
Hotelul in general trebuie renovat , bsilr in mod special, chit sarit, rugina, baterii care merg greu, miros urat persistent in baie
Personalul de servire necalificat

The hotel was very clean, the staff very polite and courteous. My room was made up every day to a high standard, and the valuables in the room remained safe at all times. The breakfast was also very satisfactory.

Cons:

I would recommend highlighting which of the dishes contain meat in any form (for example, if the omelette has bacon in it).

Fantastisk personale, hjelpsom med alt.
Fint hotell, rent og ryddig over alt.
Beliggenheten er super.
Rommene var fine, utsikt til sjø, ble oppgradert til sjø utsikt.
Fint bassenområde på toppen.
Frokostsalen og frokosten var veldig god, påfyll og rydding pågikk konstant fra noen smilene jenter.
Vi kommer gjerne tlbake.

Not quite 4 star but we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location between beach and old town. Super pool. Comfortable bed. Good air con. Lovely staff. Breakfast good choice. And pretty garden

Cons:

Decor tired and bathroom poor - shower would not stay in holder so could only use as a hand held. Coffee at breakfast awful.

Cons:

Pigeons and their poop on the roof top deck around the swimming pool and outdoor shower area. Recommend a designated staff member to clean the deck daily and something to be done to deter the pigeons from landing and hanging out on the deck..

Cleanliness, location, tasty breakfast, staff friendliness and responsiveness, good comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

There was often a shortage of salt at the tables
The bathroom, although completely functional, could use a makeover
Some of the room lights were not working, I believe 2 out of 5 were not working

Posizione ottima per spiaggia, centro e a 20 minuti a piedi stazione autobus per muoversi in tutta Creta
