整體都是很棒 飯店很用心在服務每位客人
Pros:

服務態度真的很好 印象最深的是吃早餐的時候 已經快要10點 正準備要趕快離開
有位女服務生很貼心的告知我 不用緊張
飯店不會趕客人 我才比較放心的，把桌上的食物吃完才離開

Cons:

沒有 整體都很好
比較可惜的是 B3的付費球池 住宿客人當天優惠是收費200 可是隔天還要收100元
通常親子飯店的設施 住宿客人隔天還可以享受到中午12點 我還真是第一次遇到隔天還要收$100 😂

同最滿意的
Pros:

房間內相當整潔且燈光開關遠端操作相當便利。一出門就是湖景，還有水社碼頭與日月潭纜車都很近。飯店人員超級熱心，問早餐茶葉蛋什麼時候會補，居然一補上就拿了三顆送過來，真的是熱心得令人感動！
