manque d'information concernant la possibilité de changer d'oreiller, ainsi que la possibilité de room service via un QR code a scanner sur l'écran de télé.
trop de miroir, on s'y perd parfois.
qualité de l'éclairage a revoir, spot juste au dessus du lit, direct Dans les yeux.
petit canapé pas très confortable

Pros:

Perfect service from Oscar ! We had teo amazing dinner and tried lots of nice local food. We will come back for sure ! The quality was amazing and we felt like home . The price was also very fair for the quality of both the service and the staff who were very nice to us

Pros:

Great hard product. Got upgraded to the top floor and the view was beautiful. Rooms are clean and new. Thoughtfully designed and not lacking anything

Service is good, nothing special for hotel of this standard but not lacking either

Four stars because we were in limbo sleep for around an hour due to construction right next door, not sure what was going on in the room next to us, it sounded like someone was hammering

Amazing incredible stay

It was an incredible stay from the moment we arrived to Guangzhou Mandarin Oriental. The service was outstanding right from the start!! Special thanks to Kris Lin and Carlos for their outstanding service!! We booked the Mandarin room and the view from room was stunning!! Breakfast was delicious. I want to thank Kris again for the warm and amazing service which made our stay truly special!! Thank you Kris!!

Pros:

Have only been here an hour. Had breakfast at the hotel while waiting for the room to be ready. Class, style, professionalism. Never had such a good Continental style breakfast before. Most importantly, Nick, I believe one of the managers, helped us with an issue that was actually unrelated to the hotel, but he went above and beyond, amazing! After 20 hours of travel, exhausted, they made us feel right at home. To Nick, as well as the others that greeted and helped us, 谢谢 xièxie. Highly recommended!
