The River Island Hotel was
Pros:

We were extremely pleased with the morning and evening servers. They were all welcoming. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast was a satisfying selection. A perfect way to start the day.

Cons:

If I had to choose one thing, as minor as it is, I would say have tissue available in the bathroom would be a plus.

Amazing
Pros:

The staff are welcoming and so helpful. The hotel is very clean and full of character, beds are comfy and the breakfast was more then enough. We have stayed many times and as always fantastic stay again

Central to everything , very clean,staff where lovely. Great atmosphere. Lovely hotel

Cons:

Bed wasn’t very comfortable , maybe a new mattress, probably just our room 🙈 but room and sheets very clean.

A most enjoyable stay in a welcoming, cosy hotel
Pros:

Location is great – right in the middle of Castleisland and the regional buses stop there. The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and everything I needed was to hand. The hotel has an overall very cosy, inviting feel and I felt very at home there.

Cons:

Since it was a Saturday night, it was a little noisy – there's a night club right next door. However, once that had finished, everything was beautifully quiet, and Sundays are very peaceful in Castleisland.

Pros:

The accommodation was very good value for money, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. While the rooms could benefit from some modernising, they were perfectly comfortable and suitable for the price. The restaurant food was lovely, and breakfast was hearty and filling. It was mainly a traditional fry, so I would have liked to see a little more choice when it came to continental breakfast options.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would be very happy to stay here again when travelling for work.
