Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant there. Food was tasty, serve impeccable. This hotel lobby is grandiose.

Cons:

The fire alarm rang not once, but twice. Once at 6am, then again 6:15 am. UGH! Other than that, our stay was fine. I did have to ask for a hair dryer. It wasn't in the room.

Dinner in the river island

We enjoyed a birthday dinner in the river island. it was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without being intrusive.

The food itself was excellent. The dishes were well presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Each course arrived promptly and was cooked perfectly. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of what they serve.

Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Between the great service, comfortable setting, and delicious food, I would definitely recommend the river island to anyone looking for a lovely meal. I’ll certainly be returning in the future.

Friendly yet Efficient Service; Delicious Food.
Pros:

We enjoyed Sunday Lunch at the River Island Hotel to celebrate a family occasion and could not be happier with both the service and the food. We were a large party and despite the restaurant being busy when we arrived, we were seated promptly, our orders taken quickly and there was no delay in the arrival of the food or excessive waits between courses. The food itself was excellent. We would like to particularly commend our server Evan for his friendly and professional service and likewise Imelda who was so welcoming and particularly wonderful with the children in our party who she supplied with paper & crayons to entertain them.

Pros:

Had a family birthday at the hotel. Absolutely fabulous food, fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean with lots of cosy corners. 💯
