Pros:

Alles. Nette kamers, goed ontbijt, locatie was voor ons ideaal.
En het beste was de dame die het weekend bij de receptie zat, ze was zo gastvrij en vriendelijk!

Lidt sjovt sted syd for Haarlem. Stille omgivelser, lidt mørk værelse. God senge. Gratis parkering tæt på. Sød personale. Tæt på togstationen.

Cons:

Det lugtede lidt, det var nok pga. at badeværelse ikke havde rigtig udsug. Og døren lukkede ikke helt tæt, så vandet kunne løbe under døren og ude til værelse. Det var moderne, men måske dette detalje har de ikke tænkt på, da de byggede det. Ellers fint ophold. Håndvask var placeret udenfor badeværelset. Ikke helt praktisk 🍀

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Midden in het centrum van Nieuw Vennep, goede bistro. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Ik had niet goed gekeken, bij de standaard kamers zat geen airco. Bij de duurdere kamers wel. Gelukkig was er wel een fan op de kamer en kon het raam goed open, dus toch gewoon goed kunnen slapen, ondanks de warmte.

Wij komen nog wel eens terug :)
Pros:

Dit hotel geboekt tijdens de hete dgn. Ons huisdier was van harte welkom wat ik erg fijn vond. Airco was aanwezig en zo konden we even bijkomen van de hitte. Het restaurant heeft een uitgebreid buffet voor de ochtend. Het avond eten heeft ons ook gesmaakt. Aanrader!

Cons:

Het duurde wel een tijdje voordat de kamer afgekoeld was.

Het restaurant was prima. Zowel bij het diner als het ontbijt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en attent.

Cons:

De kamer op het zuiden, zonder airco bij temperaturen boven de 30 graden was niet te doen. Ik heb geïnformeerd bij de receptie naar een alternatief. Dit was niet bespreekbaar. Ik had niet de indruk dat het hotel volgeboekt was. Kortom ik had betaald en daarmee was alle flexibiliteit verdwenen.
