Likely at times price was the same for twin and queen beds so just book the larger room
Pros:

Water dispenser and microwave at lobby level with washing machine and dryer next to them. It also has a table and chairs with the toilet and additional sink area nearby. Though it was self check in and out, there is still staff around to advise and guide. Conditioner was also provided.

Cons:

No slippers, lobby was too cold.
