La ubicación excelente y la limpieza.
Era super pequeña la habitacion, no tenía meses para tomar té o café, el olor en todo el hotel y en mi habitación re asco (además siempre habían unas personas sospechosas cerca, no me sentía muy segura en el hotel), no podía abrir bien las ventanas para ventilar porque eran rotas. El mueble era super viejo/medio roto. Tenía asco de quedarme en este hotel. Y sobre todo esto el check-in a las 15 y el check-out a las 10 que pesadilla!
The staff was very unfriendly, and the location is not suitable. The property is too old and not clean at all. The front desk staff was super level of misbehaving attitude, and I did not stay due to the fear. I booked another hotel name 'The Quadrant Hotel & Suites', and stayed two nights there.
Staff misbehaved with me while I was requesting to give a little bit of early checking due to my wife's sickness for the long plane journey from Hong Kong to New Zealand, and the taxi journey to Hotel from Auckland Airport
It was a place to stay
For $224, I was not impressed. The room was a tiny shoe box. Open you door and the bed is right there. The parking was terrible (and cost far more than a Wilson's overnight parking) they say underground parking, they should say "underground behind a warehouse where the rubbish is dumped" no access to the hotel, instead walk up a steep hill with luggage to the front entrance.
The condiments to have a hot cuppa, well...., the hot chocolate sachet was already opened and half used, fill the jug using the bathroom sink ( it just fits under the tap) 2xwine glasses, 1x tumbler glass, 2x mugs NOTHING TO STIR YOUR COFFEE WITH, no teaspoon, no stirer) musky smell once you got to your floor, lift was dirty, vinyl floor in lift was lifted, cellotape over the swipe card in the lift, curtain in the room was hanging off the hinge.
NOT WORTH $224 for 1 night
Clean room
No air conditioning in the middle of summer. Room was very small with no bin, coffee or tea spoons. Only 1 pillow and not enough space to move around
O quarto é espaçoso e a cama é grande e bem confortável porém, o melhor é o banheiro. É grande, o box é espaçoso e tem espaços para cremes, shampoo, etc. em seu interior e aida é bem ventilado. Todos que me atenderam foram solícitos e gentis. O time está de parabéns.
Embora não conheça precisamente as demandas e os fluxos internos do local, eu penso que eles poderiam permitir que os hospedes pudessem finalizar refeições para se alimentarem no espaço onde provavelmente ocorria o café da manhã no passado. Está equipado com micro-ondas, talheres e outros equipamentos e utensílios, mas quando indaguei se podia utilizar para finalizar e comer meu Noodles instantâneo no local fui orientado a fazê-lo no meu quarto.
