Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.

The room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned when we were given the key, but we got a free upgrade so worked out well for us.
Great location, comfortable beds
Staff was friendly and it had a really good location.
Hahah I only saw the bad reviews after booking. Things were broken, including parts of the elevator which made me feel like I was about to enter some Final Destination-esque reality. The room was tiny. You couldn't remove the two hangers from the wardrobe and there was no iron. The room was cold, the blankets were thin, and the heat pump didn't work, and the control panel said it was overdue for a filter clean. There was one outlet which was the furthest point away from the bed so my extra long phone charger couldn't reach. The TV was broken. The toilet seat (!) had permanent stains on it, the plastic on the seat was pealing off, and the water pressure for the flush was weak af. And my favourite part was that I reserved a single king bed room. When I actually hopped into bed I realised it was just two twin mattresses pushed together and covered with a king sheet (lol). Honestly, you got me with that one I was just laughing.
So... all in all. Nah not a great place to stay but that's only if you wanted a nice place to stay. Honestly, it was kinda worth it for the laughs for me, and the staff was really friendly which was nice. Would not recommend but if you do end up here enjoy the ~vibe~

Quite noisy at night time with other guests in the hallways.
The cleaners don't check under the beds unfortunately, there were old towels from previous guests, beer cans and general rubbish.
