I didn't check in to the hotel. The hotel was not accessible to customers. The road to the hotel was messed up due to road construction. There was raining and it was muddy. The ride was not able to drive to the hotel entrance. Then I returned back without entering to the hotel.

Lights turned off for significant amount of time during my stay.

The hotel was so nice and clean ,but the area where the hotel needs road that is good for taxi and for other car service and the hotel restroom door does not close , there is no doorknob , if their is smile in the bathroom , it will come to your bed

The hotel is off a dirt road and integrated with a local community. I personally didn't mind, and I felt it gave the hotel a more local feeling. The hotel facilities are great and the rate is very affordable. Overall my experience was great.

Positive-good simple breakfast, staff were friendly, clean room. Good distance to town, bus station and approx 15-25mins to museums

Negative- no lift, hot water cuts off after approx 6 mins so possibly on timer.

the staff and services was very good but the TV channels very bad and the bathroom old need fixed

So my phone got stolen out of my pocket my first day walking around Meskel Square, but I can't hold the hotel staff responsible for that. The service was really fantastic. Members of staff lent me their personal phones to use and, when it was a cold night and I asked for an extra blanket, the staff remembered the next day and made the bed with the extra blanket again. I didn't sleep much due to jetlag and wild dogs barking intermittently at all hours of the night, but again, I can't hold the staff responsible for that. The hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The only real flaws of this place were:

1. No one knows where it is (tell them it's near the Gollagul Tower), though I don't know if that's helpful if you yourself don't know where you're going.

2. The hotel is down a short stretch of really terrible road that taxis have to skillfully crawl over. Apparently, it's been like this for years.

3. The shower, while providing hot water, provided "Ethiopia-level" water pressure i.e. a trickle.

Happy to have a nice place to stay.

Electricity and the wifi is off for most of the day. For this hotel to be at a standard professional level, they have to have steady electricity. Other than this, hotel not bad

Electricity and wifi off more than on with no fixing. what is the deal? It’s a hotel in 2019 with no regular working electricity? Room with kitchen is not a kitchen. It is a kitchen sink.

Place and bathroom was clean and showers working. Breakfast not bad.

Almost inaccessible by foot so a new road (asphalt) to the hotel replacing the current one would be nice.

Overall, when comparing this hotel to other hotels in the same price range, this hotel is a great value for money. It's clean, has a convenient location, restaurant, free breakfast, Wifi all of which you would not necessarily expect when paying under 30 USD.
The only thing I would advise the owner is to invest in more solid equipment, especially in the bathroom. The plastic toilet covers break, the soap holder falls off, the shower head is falling apart etc. It pays off in the long term...Also the access road is bumpy and not paved for the last 50-100 m, not much to do about it, just expect it.

It was amazing place given how cheap the price is. It was really clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was basic but for the price the hotel charges per night it's really good. We had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place 👌👌👌

Easily accessible from the main road. Lots of private taxis and other forms of transport
