Highly Professional Service and Outstanding Guest Experience
Pros:

My stay and the entire arrangement of accommodation for my guests went perfectly smoothly. From the very beginning to the end, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Communication was excellent, and all my questions were answered quickly and clearly.
The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail, which made the whole process stress-free and very well organized. Everything was delivered exactly as agreed, without any issues or complications.
I highly appreciate the high standard of service and the smooth cooperation throughout. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Was ok . As I said they should give choice for family room and not just to be given Apartment.
Pros:

Staffs are friendly.. Chefs are very friendly and engaging.. particularly chef Brian and Omary.. Receptionist are very good and helpful.. waitress Monica and the others are brilliant.. Our stay was good.. only they should put family room as another choice if needed for 3 people and not getting a whole apartment as we didn't even use the kitchen etc we didn't need that... and of course the price was higher for the apartment much higher and all we would like is a family room as most hotels do.. as we where 3people myself .. Mum and my sister..

Welcoming and loving staff
Pros:

Brendah was absolutely amazing greeting me with so much care and love everytime I saw her. She radiates a welcoming energy and warmth. You will be cared for greatly at Kabira by all the staff. Makes me not want to leave the wonderful staff. I have had a great time and wouldn’t change a thing.

Not worth the price
Pros:

I was upgraded to the mini suite. TY. But the room smelled mouldy so I changed room next morning.
The facility has a good swimming pool, I liked it.

Cons:

Reception staff slow and reserved.
When prices are quoted in the restaurant and billed in UGX they are automatically paid in USD at the exchange rate of the hotel = + 10% extra or so. This is in my opinion fraud under the law.

More than Memorable
Pros:

Everything was top notch
From the ambience to the food
We were allowed to eat till we could drop, imagine eating from mid day to 5pm

Olivia did a great job taking care of us
And the management allowing us to cut cake without extra payment was kind of them

Did I mention the singing for the birthday girl who had made 75 years ❤️ and the live band … ohh wow

It’s was such a memorable Easter Sunday

I would recommend everyone to try it out

Outstanding service
Pros:

This was my second visit to Kabira county club. We 4 retired friends stayed here 4 nights. It was really an experience of a life time. Hospitality of the staff was exceptional. One of our guest had requested a gluten free diet. They specifically bake a gluten free bread in-house. To our surprise they remembered his diet for the rest of the stay. We cannot thank enough the hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
