View from my room of construction site
This was my second visit to Kabira county club. We 4 retired friends stayed here 4 nights. It was really an experience of a life time. Hospitality of the staff was exceptional. One of our guest had requested a gluten free diet. They specifically bake a gluten free bread in-house. To our surprise they remembered his diet for the rest of the stay. We cannot thank enough the hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was nice business trip at Kampala in Kabira County Club Kampala. Nice food good meeting palace and staffs are amazing. Over enjoyed the stayed . The gym and swimming pool very nice and enjoyed.
Originally I was brought to a cottage that is in the back of property. Low quality, dirty, outdated, and unclean. Rooms smelled of urine and mold. I didn't request the cottage. Demanded to be moved and we're placed in the penthouse. I thought that it was a nice offer despite originally being told it would be a few extra days before I could be moved. Although the penthouse was a better option, the decor and room was still a bit worn. Couch was stained. Sometimes the shower would be cold. 3 days jn a row i experienced this and just decided to push through. Also one day I decided to get a drink at the bakery on site, and the worker failed to secure the lid and it was extremely hot. The lip slipped off and burned my hand. The last straw was on the day of checkout. Woke up and saw a bed bug crawling on a pillow. This required to me to stop at my next cdestination after leaving and rush order all laundry service costing over $100 because I didnt have access to a washer/dryer. Overall, I didnt really use much of the amenities because of how much was going on. Another person in my party did and didnt have issues. I think theres much better areas and hotels to stay in near kampala.
Best experience had during a short business visit to Kampala my company alloted me to Kabira country and I am surprised to see such a wonderful property in Kampala with immaculate hospitality I got during my stay delicious and huge variety of food heated pool steam and sauna gym with all modern machines thanks to all the staff who made my stay wonderful especially the managers present at front office Mr.Singh Mr.Tej they are very helpful during the entire stay
Good gym with Concept 2 Rowing Machine - the main reason I chose the Hotel. Also a pleasant outdoor environment for working near the pool. Reasonably convenient for downtown but not as good as Kololo or Nakasero hotels.
The rooms are a bit old and the hot water plumbing takes ages to deliver hot water (I guess there is no circulating hot water and if you draw during the day it takes many minutes to come from the boiler). No bacon at breakfast, but reasonable omelettes and pastries.

I have been going to Kabira Country Club restaurant for a few years. Tonight I took my wife to a special Valentine’s dinner. The buffet was delicious and they also had a great wine selection. Our server Shamim was so kind and welcoming. She made this day very special for us with her excellent customer care.
I had an amazing experience at the kabia county clb ,from the moment I walked in the staff was friendily and helpful, DAVID really made the whole process smooth, I felt comfortable through out the customer service was topnotch and I will be returning
Our family loves coming to Kabira. It is situated close to all of our shopping needs, doctors appointments, an errand running. We love to sit by and swim in the heated pool in the afternoons or enjoy the salon and the gym. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

It was a cozy evening with friends. I appreciate the best meals I had with my friends and the drinks. The virgin mojito was top notch. I advise that there should be better straws for the mocktail. All in all, I liked the whole environment and the best service. Thumbs to Francisco Murungi for the kindness and attention. Hopefully, I’ll come back. Thanks Kabira!
The stay was very nice and comfortable. It is a nice property , lovely gym , good swimming pool. But the best part was the OUTSTANDING HOSPITALITY from almost everyone.
Starting with Mr MANMOHAN SINGH at the front desk. He went out of the way to make me comfortable, guided me on what to do during my stay and helped me with every little thing I asked for. It is staff like him which make the stay memorable.
Also a mention for the F&B team with Suvrajit , Rawat ji , Thapa ji , ensuring I get home like food made to my taste.
All in all , a lovely stay , felt like home , away from home. I see them more as friends now , not just the hospitality staff. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you
This year even got better. From the heated swimming pool and it’s surrounding it’s just wow !!!
The reception team always welcoming with pretty smiles. Room is always the most comfortable place for me but the critique I could only have is the TV should be upgraded to smart and add channels.
