Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the sister hotel, Aressana Suites, only from April to October.

Theoxenia's guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (paid fee as of 2023), spa (at a discount), gym facilities (free with reservation) and dine at Ifestioni restaurant of Aressana Suites, Theoxenia’s sister hotel, located only a few yards away. These Hotels are build and runned by the same owners. Guests can also upgrade their breakfast at Aressana to a buffet, with a small fee, on per person basis.

Świetny czas na Santorini!
Pros:

Świetny hotel, idealnie położony z widokiem na kalderę oraz wschodnią część wyspy. Bardzo miła i uprzejma Pani recepcjonistka, która dbała aby nasz pobyt był udany. Miłym akcentem było wino powitalne oraz miska owoców jak również, przygotowane specjalnie dla nas wczesne śniadanie z uwagi na poranny wylot. Śniadanie podawane są na taras lub do pokoju - czego chcieć więcej? Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy na Santorini to do tego samego hotelu.

空港からホテルまでの送迎を頼んでよかった！立地は良くボルケーノビューで景観も最高だが、バスで行ったら降りたバスからホテルのレセプションに辿り着けなかったと思う。バンに乗り、車が入れる所までドライバーが運んでくれ、そこからはホテルマンがスーツケースを運んでくれて、道案内がてら街のことをいろいろ教えてくれた。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえるか頼んだ際、何時に取りにくる？バス停まで一緒に行くよ、と言ってくれまた重いスーツケースをバス停まで運んでくれた！空港からの送迎は30ユーロで現金払い、帰りはご厚意？チップをはずんで渡した。
立地も最高！景観も最高！テラスでの朝ごはんも最高！スタッフも親切で毎回声を掛けてくれて最高！
プールとかジムとかバカンス的なことをせず、観光に全振りしている私にとって最高の贅沢だった。

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Fira y fácilmente puedes llegar a él gracias a los autobuses. Desde el hotel el trato fue increíble, días antes nos escribieron para darnos información sobre las diferentes opciones de cómo llegar.
La recepcionista fue super simpática y atenta con nosotras, nos ofreció información de los planes que podíamos hacer en Santorini y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos una buena experiencia.
No podemos estar más contentas con la experiencia que tuvimos en este hotel, especialmente, queremos destacar a la recepcionista, nos hizo sentir muy cómodas y nos atendió siempre con una sonrisa y muy buena disposición. Un trato cercano y encantador que marca la diferencia. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir

Pros:

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed by the entire team right upon arrival. The accommodations are top notch clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The hotel's location is ideal, making it super easy to explore the island definitely the perfect choice! The transfer service provided was prompt and seamless. On top of that, all the tour recommendations arranged directly through the hotel were spot on and made our trip so much better.
A very special thank you to Harela, who was absolutely amazing to us! Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini and would love to stay here again!

Perfect holiday in the best hotel in Santorini!
Pros:

Our stay at Theoxenia Caldera Hotel was absolutely perfect. The stunning caldera views and delicious breakfast made every morning special. The entire team went above and beyond, treating us with such genuine kindness and lovely hospitality throughout our visit. I received a beautiful room for my birthday and they were so kind to make that happen. We truly cannot wait to come back!

un sejur placut
Pros:

Locatie excelenta, centrala aproape de terminalul de autobuze, magazine si restaurante cu vedere la caldera. Personalul este foarte amabil si atent. Ne-au dat camera imediat la sosire (8.00 dimineata, chiar daca check in-ul era dupa amiaza). Ne-au ajutat cu toate informatiile necesare pentru explorarea insulei. Mai mult decat atat, ne-au servit micul dejun. Terasa de pe acoperis are o vedere fabuloasa la caldera, iar micul dejun servit acolo este de vis. Curatenia se face zilnic, cu schimbatul prosoapelor si completarea produselor de la baie. Am avut sticle cu apa in camera si produse pentru prepare ceai/cafea, cat si fierbator. In camera este si un fier cu masa de calcat.

Cons:

Camera in care am stat noi-tripla are nevoie de renovare, reparatii si zugravit. Mobilierul este uzat si baia (curata de altfel) care necesita obligatoriu renovare. Aerul conditionat era in fata patului si a fost dificil de suportat. Frigiderul destul de vechi, nu prea se inchidea si nu racea prea tare. Camera avea vedere la strada, ceea ce facea ca zgomotul pana pe la 3 dimineata sa fie deranjant. Din cauza aceasta nu se puteau deschide usile (noaptea fiind racoare) si trebuia utilizat aerul conditionat. Am vazut in trecere ca alte camere erau renovate. Hotelul nu are piscina. Se poate merge la piscina la hotelului partener Aresana, dar contra cost 15 eur/persoana in limita locurilor disponibile.
