No tiene piscina ni jacuzzi como muestran las fotos publicadas. El desayuno es muy simple y no se condice con un hotel de esta categoría.

Otroligt fint läge, mitt i centrum.
Pros:

Fantastisk balkong med utsikt. Bra frukost. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Tyvärr var den lilla poolen avstängd pga läckage. På bilderna av hotellbeskrivningen fanns en stor pool men den visade sig ligga på ett annat hotell där en avgift tillkom för att kunna användas. Kunde vara mer tydligt.

Excellent property, excellent location and exceptional staff!!
Pros:

This property and their employees are next level amazing. They arranged airport pick up for us and carried our luggage to our room. Room was spacious, clean, has amazing views and was right in the heart of Fira. We were slightly worried when we arrived as the restaurant opposite us had loud music. When you close the windows you hear absolutely nothing!
Alex advised and walked us to an amazing restaurant on our first night and also helped organise a catamaran cruise. Breakfast was delivered on our balcony each morning. We could not fault anything with this property and would stay again and we will be tell all our friends
Hands down was the best service we have ever received from any accommodation and we travel a lot!!

Localização excelente em Fira. Equipe educadíssima e cortês. Quarto confortável, espaçoso e bonito (fiquei no quarto triplo padrão, tinha acesso a uma varanda com vista para a caldeira, não precisa ser melhor). O café da manhã é servido no quarto ou na varada, é muito farto, bonito e bem preparado. O atendente nos deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes, pontos interessantes etc. Amamos esse hotel.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo e por que não dei nota 10, é que o hotel não tem piscina.

L'emplacement, le personnel, la chambre.. tout était nickel.
Petit dej très copieux. La vue sur la terrasse pour le petit dej était à couper le souffle

La chambre était à côté de la réception et parfois des clients arrivant ou partant à 8h du matin nous ont réveillés.

酒店位置很好，位于Fira 中心，离Bus总站很近，200多米距离，不需要爬坡，就算有行李箱也可轻松步行到达。酒店就在繁华的悬崖步道购物街边（不直接临海），地面一层是商铺，二层三层是酒店房间（没有电梯），三层房间和顶上露台可以透过街对面屋顶看到海和日落，但街道靠海边的房子屋顶影响视觉美感。我们住的房子很大，卫生间也大，有沙发。前台服务非常热情，我们入住时给我们详细讲解了岛上景点,非常有帮助。酒店服务人员也热情，肯帮忙。

Cons:

早餐送到房间，没多少选择，只有饮料，茶或咖啡，煮鸡蛋和面包碳水，算一般般。房间总有潮气，尤其卫生间，可能是岛上湿度大的缘故。

Pros:

La ubicación céntrica en plena peatonal con balcón a la caldera.
Poder ver la puesta del Sol desde la terraza.
A 10 minutos a pie hasta la terminal de colectivos
Desayunar mirando el mar.
