酒店位置很好，位于Fira 中心，离Bus总站很近，200多米距离，不需要爬坡，就算有行李箱也可轻松步行到达。酒店就在繁华的悬崖步道购物街边（不直接临海），地面一层是商铺，二层三层是酒店房间（没有电梯），三层房间和顶上露台可以透过街对面屋顶看到海和日落，但街道靠海边的房子屋顶影响视觉美感。我们住的房子很大，卫生间也大，有沙发。前台服务非常热情，我们入住时给我们详细讲解了岛上景点,非常有帮助。酒店服务人员也热情，肯帮忙。

After many collective hours of researching accommodation options on Santorini, my wife and I made the easy decision to book a three-night stay at Theoxenia Caldera Hotel, and within an hour of having checked in, it was obvious we had made the right choice.

Manager on Duty Chris has a great wealth of knowledge about Santorini, and he provided us with advice on things to do (and to avoid), and well over a dozen recommendations on restaurants, points of interest, etc.

The service we received from Chris, and afternoon manager Alex was truly outstanding…we didn’t ask for much, but when we did, nothing was too difficult for either of them. Thank you Chris, ad thank you Alex!

Our room was on the top floor, with a wonderful view (see photos) of Santorini (all the way to Oia) and the Caldera.

The room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable, and there was a choice of pillows, with the soft one being perfect for me – so much that I wanted to take it with me, but resisted the temptation to do so.

Breakfast was served to our room daily. To call it a “Continental Breakfast” would be an understatement, because the variety of items on the tray is extensive: orange juice; fresh fruit (pieces of apples and oranges); Greek yoghurt; boiled eggs; cake; spinach and feta pastry; bread “to die for”: crispy crust, soft and warm inside. There was too much food for my wife and me, so we requested more fruit, no cake, and no eggs.

Andreas picked us up and dropped us off at the Ferry Port, taking the heaviest two bags off us, and taking them up all the stairs to our room, then down again when it was time to check out. For both ease and convenience, it was well-worth the price we paid for the transfers. Thank you Andreas!

Excellent location with a sea view. Right in the center of shopping and eating places. Outstanding professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast delivered to your room. Highly recommend this hotel. They arrange transportation to and from airport upon request and help carry your luggage to your room.

Central location in Fira. Very close to the bus and taxi station

Very nice room. Lovely shower, towelling robes, comfy bed, terrace with great view. Help with the walk from taxi to the hotel, map provided and directions to a nice taverna.
Very lovely views of the cliffs and white houses. Can get breakfast in your room and on the terrace if not too windy.
The town is very expensive but ok for a night. Some nice Santorini wines

Hotel is very clean and managed staff give you feeling at home they are so helpful and courtious
