昨天晚上回來要睡才發現床底地板超髒，洗完澡躺下去之後皮膚過敏，浴巾還有霉味，浴室馬桶邊還漏水⋯
環境真的有夠髒

本來跟櫃檯反應要退房，但沒有空房給我們換，也沒有表示說要幫我們換床單跟棉被，後來員工詢問過主管後告知我們已經辦理入住，設備用品也有使用過，只能退我一半的錢，我去查了一下這個狀況是否合理，結果根本不合理！他們先違反飯店交付環境的規定，我們反應問題，他們的態度就是一直推托責任，加上礙於昨天太晚了，退房我們可能會流落街頭沒地方睡 ，只好選擇將就 ，是我們問他們說不然能幫我們換床單跟棉被嗎？他們才願意上樓處理！來來回回員工只告知我們他們有在打掃，還說他們剛接手飯店？ 我就問這跟房間沒打掃有何關聯？
有夠生氣😡又無言，從頭到尾都一直強調還是要收費！
