四人房非常大，但是環境非常有年代感，塑膠地板有些地方沒有鋪好，所以一定要穿好拖鞋才不會刮腳，廁所超級大，但是磁磚有很多裂痕也是要穿好拖鞋！整體來說價格很便宜所以非常划算！有機會還是會再來。

CP值高，wifi不穩

蠻便宜的價格就能擁有一間套房還有浴缸，硬體來說是沒什麼好挑惕，還有附早餐（當然也別挑惕味道），整體CP值我認為可以。平價旅館。
唯一比較苦惱的缺點是Ｗｉｆｉ很不好，我這次住702，裡面不管連哪號的都連不上，不是呈現密碼錯誤就是連上了跑不動，不久就斷了。導致住宿期間都是用手機的網路。

台中駅からはやや遠いものの、バスやUberなどを利用すればそれほど不便なく観光もできました。コンビニも近くにありますし、ローカル飲食店も豊富です。朝食も美味しかったです。

房間老舊，冷氣不能調整溫度（大概都只有26度），有煙味，但床很舒服，硬體設備有待更新，寵物友善很加分！停車費也可以抵銷很不錯！
