Very good and safe location in the city center and walking distance to most tourist sites. Comfortable and big bed, good shower pressure and hot water. Nice staff, good wifi, good breakfast.
Breakfast could use a little morw variety.

-No funcionaba el ascensor. Por eso nos cambiaron de una habitación del sexto piso a otra más pequeña en el cuarto piso. Decidimos alojarnos las dos noches en ella y nos abonaron la diferencia que consideraron.
-El desayuno. Poco variado.

It nears the downtown where you can visit the Gold Museum and Plaza Bolivar.
But this neighborhood is full of homeless people, quite dangerous at night.
For the interior, i don’t like the elevator at all, it’s very old and shabby, no automatic door, you have to open by yourself, and inside is small, only 4 luggages can load per one capacity.
For the room, the sink drain is clogged, not many amenities, such as floor towels, glasses, hairdryer, etc. I mean the room was not awful, but overalls was not good either, small and not much inside. Also, it’s not soundproof, make sure to bring earplugs when you go to bed.
The breakfast was good, but not many options. The services are good, they offered to pick us up at the airport.
But they charged us for the total 4 nights, after the first night i decided to change the hotel and asked for the refund of the remaining 3 nights which is legitimate according to the booking.com policy, the first lady did not allow, but second man agreed to refund us, but we await for the process.

The travel advice for Colombia is to get the hotel to order a taxi rather than take one from the street. We got the hotel to order a taxi, and they said, is a yellow one ok, which we said yes. But we didn't get a yellow taxi, but because we were in a rush we took it. But that was a mistake because the taxi driver gave us false notes in our change. This left a bad taste in our mouths, we raised this with the hotel afterwards but besides an acknowledgement nothing else has happened. So just be careful if staying here and the hotel orders you a taxi.
Location
No AC, and no good air circulation in such hot weather. I almost got high altitude sickness due to lack of air circulation in the room.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Betten sind bequem.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat keine Zusatzausstattung (Wasserkocher, Fön, etc.). Im Bad gibt es gar keine Ablageflächen, im Zimmer aufgrund der Größe auch sehr begrenzt.
O hotel é excelente. Um prédio antigo, mas todo reformado, nem parece funcionar desde 1921. Móveis de qualidade, chuveiro EXCEPCIONAL, cama e travesseiros bons. Excelente isolamento acústico no quarto. Funcionários queridos e atenciosos, fazendo uma menção especial ao German, pessoa extremamente solícita e educada, com hóspedes e funcionários. Localização também é muito boa. Recomendo muito e se voltar Bogotá, me hospedarei novamente.

El desayuno horrible, atención horrible, todo sucio, realmente de lo peor que he visto, es mejor tomar desayuno en alguna cafetería cercana, pésima experiencia.
