Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat keine Zusatzausstattung (Wasserkocher, Fön, etc.). Im Bad gibt es gar keine Ablageflächen, im Zimmer aufgrund der Größe auch sehr begrenzt.

Pros:

O hotel é excelente. Um prédio antigo, mas todo reformado, nem parece funcionar desde 1921. Móveis de qualidade, chuveiro EXCEPCIONAL, cama e travesseiros bons. Excelente isolamento acústico no quarto. Funcionários queridos e atenciosos, fazendo uma menção especial ao German, pessoa extremamente solícita e educada, com hóspedes e funcionários. Localização também é muito boa. Recomendo muito e se voltar Bogotá, me hospedarei novamente.

La habitación cumple, nada muy especial.

Cons:

El desayuno horrible, atención horrible, todo sucio, realmente de lo peor que he visto, es mejor tomar desayuno en alguna cafetería cercana, pésima experiencia.

Würde nicht wieder kommen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und sie haben mir ein super Frühstück zum mitnehmen vorbereitet am Abreisetag.
Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist gut und günstig.

Cons:

- seehr laut und ringhörig
- praktisch kein natürliches Licht
- Hatte ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten, die extrem schmal sind. Konnte mich kaum drehen.
- Der Fahrstuhl war die ganze Zeit kaputt und es ist eine enge Wendeltreppe, die man dann nehme muss. Macht auch zusätzlich Lärm.

Overall it's a decent 3 star hotel. The terrace at the top had a really nice view.
Pros:

I liked the staff. The room was nice and also the terrace had a very nice view. Also, it's only a 2 minute wall from Museo Del Oro.

Cons:

There should have been free breakfast in the room we stayed at. The elevator is super risky to take and is very small.

El personal súper amable. La ubicación estaba bien, es en la candelaria, pero a unas cuadras de la zona concurrida y hay un ambiente medio feo justo ahí. El hotel muy lindo y tiene un restaurante que sirve de todo

Cons:

El baño era chico y tenía poca luz. No había mesas de luz. Ni enchufes al lado de la cama. Tampoco había espejo grande.

Personnel charmant et attentionné
L’accueil est tres chaleureux avec une vraie volonté de bien faire et d’aider, tout particulièrement de la part de German
Très bien situé en centre ville

Manquent qq petites attentions : bouteille d’eau le 1er jour mais pas après
Buffet petit déjeuner inégal et pas très varié.
Bar ne fonctionnait pas en terrasse
