Great place but some front of house interactions let down the stay

Nice Hotel with Zero Hospitality Experienced Staff
Pros:

Super easy to get to because it’s right near the junction, and honestly the hotel was pretty good. The rooms were nice and clean too.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t up to 3-star standards, and that’s something the hotel really needs to work on. The shower heads are old and the water flow is very poor — a major drawback, especially since it’s the only shower outlet. The sink tap also sprays water everywhere due to the pressure pump, and a better tap model would solve this immediately.
The biggest concern, though, is the service. There was no welcome, no assistance with baggage, and the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in the guests. No smile, no courtesy — just a mechanical check-in.
These are simple, fixable issues, but they make a big difference to the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the location and potential are good, but the basics need attention.

I booked 32 rooms for 3 nights for the marriage ceremony of son Very good support from hotel staff
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with many varieties. Good ambiance with a very attentive service is the attraction. To get 100% Veg with so many options gives a homely feel. Many of my guests were non onion garlic eater. Hotel staff arranged the food specially for our guests the taste was so good that all my guests so happy and surprised that how the management could arrange and handle the 3 nights of stay (75 guests) without any trouble and interruptions. Highly satisfied with the support and the service

Cons:

This hotel has got only one lift which is a limitation during rush hours. Need to wait long.
