Pros:

對機車跟大型重機的停車是相當友善，附近不是鄰近主要幹道所以不用硬塞，有個地下停車場寫1.5公尺，但一般轎車可以下去，休旅SUV／四輪驅動越野／皮卡車，較高的車過不了檻，如果遇到下雨可以考慮停地下，汽車位置有4格，機車倒是蠻多的。本館的遮雨棚下也可以停，別管的大門也可以，汽車有兩座露天收費停車場，但只要是旅客都能夠消磁出場。

房間老舊，有漏水的問題存在，部分雙人房的格局非常小，壁紙泛黃應該是沒有在換

房間老舊，壁癌。都是煙味霉味！

全部，整層樓都煙味，房間裡面也是，還有發霉味。壁紙掀起，櫃檯服務冷淡！
不要被照片騙了，1千元左右可以有更好的選擇！主要是煙味、霉味讓我整晚超不舒服！

Pros:

住宿點離熱鬧區及中原夜市都不算遠

Cons:

房間冷氣非常強勁甚至於太冷又無法調控風向、風速及溫度
雖然以此價位有附贈早餐是很優的性價比了，但是早餐內容實在是太過簡單了，只有一個高麗菜其餘都是三樣是醃漬菜+鹹鴨蛋配粥及白吐司+二樣果醬，值得一提的是有現磨的黑咖啡(但是有點怪味道)。
