Jordi e Rodolfo me ajudaram com tudo que precisei, foram muito solícitos e simpáticos. O hotel é cheiroso, deixam limonada e café disponível o dia todo. Também tem toalhas para praia. O hotel é bem localizado, perto da praia, restaurantes. Outro ponto positivo é que ônibus 150 que sai do aeroporto de Miami tem uma parada a uma quadra do hotel. O quarto é amplo, trocam toalhas e tiram o lixo todos os dias. Na época que fui não estava tendo café da manhã, mas tem restaurante na frente pra tomar café! Tive um problema com a tv e foi rapidamente resolvido.
O chuveiro não tinha tanta pressão de água ou vazão.
Excelente departamento con todas las comodidades, a dos cuadras del mar. Destaco la atención y calidez de Rodolfo. Volveremos!

I asked for a quiet room and I got it.
- The 175 USD deposit has been processed intentionally as a payment, not as a hold, with the absurd motivation that the release of a hold takes longer than a refund. Actually, what they are doing is a felony, if you steel money from someone it remains a theft even though you get back what you have taken. More than this, for non US credit cards, their invented procedure determined taxes and fees that I payed practically for nothing. Their "excuse" it's been that taxes and fees are the bank issue, not theirs.
Completely wrong: since you decide to proceed in an illegal way and intentionally or not you don't make the difference between a hold/pre-authorisation and a payment/charge, all the consequences are because of you, not the bank.
- Everything is up side down, like: coffee machine in the room, but no cups, knifes, forks and spoons, but no plates, stove and oven, but no pots and pans, an envelope for tipping the housekeeping, but no daily service. Everything is made just to be there and in a mocking manner, not to be useful or convenient for guests.
- Extremely low water pressure that you barely can take a shower - washing hair in a real adventure - and almost impossible to adjust water temperature, you have only 2 options: freezing cold or boiling hot.
- The 19 USD resort fee/day is a nonsense, all you get are 2 bottles of water - for stayin', not daily - and the possibility to borrow a cheap lousy beach towel, being presumed that you are a thief when you do it: you have to leave the key in stead of the towel until you return it. They also "offer" fax/printing service and local calls for the fee, things that nobody needs nowadays, but probably the staff and management still live in the 80's.

L'emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de Miami Beach, et Ocean Drive... l'hôtel et la chambre : la décoration, les équipements. Idéal!

Todo espectacular
Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo pero cercano a la playa y a la zona comercial (solo a unas calles). Lo recomendamos mucho. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un Upgrade de habitación. Ya no cuentan con desayuno pero el valor lo reembolsan
