The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a small kitchen. The location was great, close to the beach and nearby attractions, which made getting around very easy. Overall, the first impression of the hotel was positive.
The breakfast was very limited and poorly managed, with few options and unfriendly service. The bathroom had issues such as mold on the ceiling and poor shower pressure, and it was difficult to control the water temperature. Additionally, there was no staff available after 10 PM, and the extra resort fee made the stay feel overpriced for what was offered.
El Hotel es muy bonito y super bien ubicado, tienes muchas cosas por hacer en los alrededores ( playa, cantinas, resto, market, etc ) Rodolfo su gerente y Alex el recepcionista son geniales. El departamento muy lindo y super cómodo , equipado a full. La playa a 5 minutos del hotel sobre Av Collins . Volvería sin dudarlo.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Querstraße zum Ocean Drive gelegen und 10 min fußläufig zum Muscle Beach entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Im Zimmer war es zudem leise (keine Straßengeräusche von außen). Ganz in der Nähe (2 min Fußweg) ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft bietet ein Frühstück inklusive, dies ist zwar nicht sehr umfangreich (kein Obst, nur eine Sorte Wurst und Käse und etwas Marmalade sowie Cornflakes), jedoch ausreichend, die Croissants schmecken fantastisch und der Frühstücksraum ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum stehen sehr nah beieinander und bieten jeweils nur Platz für 2 Personen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand sind es 3 min Fußweg, nur einmal über die Straße.

The hotel is great, compared to other hotels on the promenade, which are more or less of the same standard. The room is huge, with a large fridge and cooking facilities. Although our room was on the first floor, it was very quiet at night. It is also quiet during the day. We slept very well. The breakfast is excellent - cheese, ham, egg, cornflakes, fresh milk, juice and fresh croissants. The staff is very nice! We arrived relatively early from our cruise and were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel and walk around. When we left, the same way. I highly recommend the hotel, next time we will not hesitate and will book it again.

Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä rantaa ja palveluita. Aamupala hyvä ja tarpeeksi kattava, olisi voinut alkaa aikaisemmin että osallistumaan pääsisi porrastetusti eikä olisi niin paljon ruuhkaa klo 8.00.
