Pros:

Great location. Walkable. Beautiful pool area. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens. The gym was small but had good weight selection and two cardio machines. Staff were English-speaking and very friendly and helpful. Room service was delicious. I highly recommend the soup!!!!

Cons:

My shower was cold, and I booked this property for a hot shower, so I was a little disappointed by that for the price.

. O hotel não forneceu adaptadores de tomada. Um funcionário se prontificou a nos acompanhar até uma loja próxima. Achando que não estaríamos entendendo, ele sugeriu o preço - absurdo - ao dono da loja, obviamente para ganhar comissão

. Climatização gelada no interior, causando choque térmico na entrada e saida

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos caminando de la torre del reloj y del vibrante barrio Getsemani.

POOR STAY AND PRICE SIMILAR THAN 5 STARS. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

THE PRICE-QUALITY IS NOT REACH MY EXPECTATIONS
THE ELEVATOR WAS INOPERARTE SEVERAL TIMES, THE HOTEL IS AN OLD BUILDING BED ROOMS ARE ACEPTABLE,
THE RECEPTION WAS VERY POOR, RECEPTION PEOPLE DELIVERED MY AT 4:00 PM. THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR IN COMPARATION WITH HOTEL PRICE.

L'accueil était parfait, tout le monde a été extrêmement gentil, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif à nos demandes.
Les prestations de l'établissement sont vraiment de qualité, le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux.
Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées.
La piscine sur le rooftop avec les cocktails un pur bonheur.
