Buena estadía.
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el trato de los empleados. La cama extra grande.

Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa, incrível. Tudo pertinho e fizemos a pé. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã é gostoso, mas esperava mais variedade. Cama maravilhosa, roupa de cama ótima.

Cons:

A academia é mínima. O café da manhã esperávamos mais opções. O quarto é bom porém não muito grande e tem uma janela para um corredor com plantas, achamos um pouco úmido, ainda mais com a necessidade de ar condicionado o tempo todo.

Hermoso hotel
Pros:

Todo. Nos encantó el hotel. Todo es demasiado agradable, limpio, los desayunos muy ricos y con variedad. La habitación impecable y las personas demasiado amables. La ubicación es privilegiada y definitivamente lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.

Nada. Si acaso, la habitación era un poco pequeña pero realmente no se pasa mucho en ella. En la piscina no había sombras en las tumbonas y el sol es abrasador, pero vamos, todo genial

Can’t be beat for location!
Pros:

Perfect location! Easy walk to the old walled city and Getsamani. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and there’s NO view. No place to hang full length dresses. The food and drink service was very slow at the bar.

Nada, pesima experiencia, atención desastrosa

Cons:

Me robaron 200 usd, hicieron un video sacando el pasaporte de la caja de seguridad despues de haberme robado el dinero.
El rooftop es malisimo, la atención del personal del rooftop muy mala.
La comida horrible.
El edredón de mi cuarto tenia mancha de sangre , mal lavado.

Bien localizado. La piscina muy gustosa. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con el baño de la habitación por el que tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Como compensación por las molestias nos regalaron el transfer al aeropuerto y lo mas importante fue el gerente a nuestra habitación a pedirnos disculpas, lo que es muy de agradecer.

Cons:

El mantenimiento de las habitaciones algo justo.

Localização ótima. Piscina com vista incrível.

Cons:

Durante a estadia o hotel estava com problemas no ar condicionado em varios quartos. Muitos hóspedes prejudicados. Tivemos downgrade do quarto por esse motivo e mesmo assim o ar nao funcionava corretamente, mínimo que chegava eram 26 graus. Passamos calor. Alem disso, vazava água pelo box do banheiro e o chao ficava todo molhado após o banho. O café da manhã não tinha muito sabor, falta tempero.

Pros:

Le personnel est attentionné et amical. L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas des rues animées de Getsemani et à quelques minutes d'El Centro. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et les options à la carte en valent également la peine. Enfin, la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit sont vraiment un gros plus pour l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le revêtement de la terrasse devient très chaud au soleil ; pensez à prévoir des sandales. Par ailleurs, l'installation de machines à café individuelles dans les chambres serait très appréciée.

Great location but pricey

Great fruit option on the breakfast buffet and also the option to have eggs handmade like omelet kr whatever you want

Cons:

The noise from outside, single hey window
The menu should be correctly. We waited foenmini waffles for days and then one day it were pancakes mini.
Also the breakfast buffet is not adjusted to people who don’t eat meat. More variation.
The rooms need to be renovated witg thickker glass
