Hôtel agréable mais certaines chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur, bien choisir !
Pros:

Situation correcte pour visiter la ville. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les photos de la chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la réalité. On y voit derrière la fenêtre des plantes, en réalité c'est un mur tout proche et la chambre était très sombre, pas agréable. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Nous avons payé un supplément pour nous retrouver dans une chambre plus lumineuse mais qui donnait sur la rue très bruyante et les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage. Pour la nuit suivante nous avons eu enfin une chambre qui correspondait à nos attentes. Un accord avec le parking en face serait apprécié car il est très cher (90000 COP / nuit).

Hotel muito bem localizado, na divisa entre o Centro Histórico e Getsemani.
- quartos muito confortáveis, chuveiro excelente assim como a climatização do quarto;
- área de piscina razoável, com uma vista maravilhosa
- bom café da manhã
- excelente limpeza
- diferencial foi a equipe toda do hotel, sem exceção, atendimento primoroso, todos muito solicitos.

tuve la oportunidad de ser atentido con mi naranja en las noches. me empacaron el desayuno el ultimo dia por mi vuelo temprano, me dieron tambien coctel de despedida

la ubnicacion de mi habitacion por probelmas de movilidad no reportado me toco caminar mas de lo normal

Ubicacion muy conveniente
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal, sobretodo la chica de recepcion y el botones, fueron muy amables. es un hotel muy bien ubicado, pudimos dejar el carro en el parqueadero del centro de convenciones que queda al frente, eso es un plus si viajas a Cartagena en tu vehiculo propio. Los aires acondicionados de todas las zonas perfectamente climatizados.

Cons:

Me gustaria que las habitaciones y los baños se sintieran mas limpios, hay olores fuertes a humedad todo el tiempo y los baños necesitan una limpieza profunda.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est au top !! superbe vue depuis le rooftop. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à quelques pas de tous les centres d'intérêts !! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné pourrait être amélioré notamment pour les végétariens.
