Nice place at pretty good location, all in all worth the money
Pros:

Lincoln Arms Suites has great potential, but so far it's just decent place. Stuff that work there were nice and kind, place was pretty clean and decently equipped. Location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, and there is parking garage pretty near if you need to leave your car somewhere.
All in all we were satisfied.

Cons:

People that worked there were sometimes somewhere not at the reception desk, room for 4 had 2 chairs and 3 forks and so on, place needs some fixing and adaptation of parts that are used up. There was supposedly a free coffee 9-12, but some days there wasn't any. Roof terrace was dirty and in need of some repairing.

Lincoln Arms great place, although it needs some TLC
Pros:

The front desk. There is one gentleman whose name I don't remember is always efficient, friendly and helpful.

Location is great for my requirements.

The complimentary coffee station on 2nd Floor was nicely done.

Cons:

Over the past years, seems to me the property is being neglected.

Examples include: unfinished patch work done on ceiling, paintwork needs to done around the baseboards and doors, lopsided toilet paper dispenser, huge crack in kitchen countertop, no kitchen paper roll, stairwell smelled unpleasant, rumpled curtains at windows in the stairwell etc.

Pros:

O local é bem grande, o apartamento é grande e bem equipado, orgazido.

Cons:

Fica há 1km do estacionamento público há 20$ (24hrs), os estacionamentos próximo a propriedade sao muito caros 70$. O preco da hospedagem é muito caro para uma acomodação simples e bem antiga. Cama de casal pequena.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta tanto para la playa como cerca de parqueo público a 20 dolares por 24h, cerca a Lincoln Road, la habitación amplia, un poco antigua y con varias cosas para mejorar pero la relación precio calidad igual lo valen, de hecho si volveríamos a hospedarnos nuevamente.

Cons:

Que cada 3 dias hicieran limpieza y que no recogían la basura a diario, pero comunicandolo en recepción, se solucionaba a pesar de todo.

Our accomodition not good not bad . If i will go there, i will check other place first of all.
Pros:

Location is the best thing of hotel.

Cons:

Given room location is facing to back side so we couldnt see anything about sun light and the next building is so close but we know depends on hotels position.

The size of the room were nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was nice. The employees can’t do anything to service guests. Everything has to be done online. There’s no personal touch. There’s no consideration for their guests. I was very disappointed, especially for the price you paid for Miami hotels. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated a bit the mattresses need to be improved. The televisions are disgustingly old and lacking any ability to watch anything.

Overall my stay was good. The personal was nice and when ask for anything very responsive
Pros:

I like the location and the style of the room. Having a stove and a refrigerator was great!

Cons:

The toaster was rusted and I didn't want to use it. The rust was extreme, and it appears to be overused and really should be replaced with a new one. I also wish I could have used the front of the hotel to park and unload my luggage, but there was nowhere to do that. Additionally, the prices increased by almost 60% from my last stay. This increase may be the reason for me to look somewhere else.

Won't stay here again. But the staff was super nice

Cons:

Bathroom could barely turn around in it. The bed and kitchen intersected and kept bumping my shoulders on the counter or kicking the bed. just no walking room to tight a floor space - cluttered walking area.

Fue una estadía maravillosa 😍
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable… en el segundo piso cuenta con café que podes servirte todos los días incluido en el precio del hotel… nuestra estadía fue de 14 días, ya nos habíamos alojado hace 10 años atrás 😱 y la verdad que lo elijo una y mil veces más… tienen sombrillas y reposeras para la playa lo cual es un buen dato!
