Депозит не возвращают , не бронируйте у них отель!!!!!! Обманывают типа только картой можно, специально наличку не берут чтоб не отдавать!!!

Pros:

Bon emplacement un peu à l’écart d’Ocean Drive mais proche de la plage et juste à proximité du Convention Center.

Cons:

Les murs et cloisons sont assez fins et l’on peut entendre des voisins s’ils sont bruyants. C’est souvent le cas à Miami ! Le matelas du canapé lit n’est très neuf et confortable.

Que las Feas comunes como el lugar de café , baño compartido quedé en diferentes pisos y que el ascensor no sirva y más si mi mamá no puede subir tantas escaleras

Room size and kitchen

Cons:

The elevator was broken, we had to get the stairs to get to the room. They should've told me at reservation. Very noisy air conditioner. It's a old window A/C that blows right towards the bed. Sounds like a war jet taking off from a carrier. The Very old building needs to be refurbished.

Nice place at pretty good location, all in all worth the money
Pros:

Lincoln Arms Suites has great potential, but so far it's just decent place. Stuff that work there were nice and kind, place was pretty clean and decently equipped. Location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, and there is parking garage pretty near if you need to leave your car somewhere.
All in all we were satisfied.

Cons:

People that worked there were sometimes somewhere not at the reception desk, room for 4 had 2 chairs and 3 forks and so on, place needs some fixing and adaptation of parts that are used up. There was supposedly a free coffee 9-12, but some days there wasn't any. Roof terrace was dirty and in need of some repairing.
