Pros:

Nice spacious room in centre location.

Cons:

The 2 woman that was working behind the counter the day I checked in with terrible customer service did not smile once making it uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door absolutely awful attitude . I arrived 10.30am after checking out my last hotel 10am, check in was 4pm and I politely asked could I check in early but my request was bluntly rejected and they was zero help. It felt like police interrogation just to check in loads of things to sign, loads of waiting about. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my refund for the €100 deposit. I was only staying for 1 night just no need for all seriousness of checking in. Will never be staying here again due to the awful customer service which needs a lot of work.

Pros:

Localização do hotel é excelente, próximo da praia e da Lincoln Road. Quarto grande e com uma copa bem estruturada que facilita muito. Tem um mini closet, e o banheiro eu achei bacana, com disponibilidade de sabonete líquido, hidratante, shampoo e condicionador, além de um secador de cabelo. Havia a disponibilidade de café puro, água gelada na recepção e gelo para os hospedes. Houve a disponibilidade de toalhas e cadeiras de praias para os hospedes.

Cons:

Não gostei do ar condicionado barulhento, porem depois de um tempo, acabávamos nos acostumando com o barulho.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la playa y cerca de comercios y restaurantes.
No tiene desayuno pero hay una tolva con café disponible todas las mañanas, hasta el mediodía.
Departamento muy cómodo.

Pros:

Bon emplacement un peu à l’écart d’Ocean Drive mais proche de la plage et juste à proximité du Convention Center.

Cons:

Les murs et cloisons sont assez fins et l’on peut entendre des voisins s’ils sont bruyants. C’est souvent le cas à Miami ! Le matelas du canapé lit n’est très neuf et confortable.
