Underbart hotell och läge
Pros:

Perfekt läge med 5-10 min till tågstationen och spårvagnshållplatser utanför hotellet, bredvid hotellet finns en galleria med bl.a en saluhall och en större matbutik. En dygnet runt öppen närbutik finns även i anslutning till hotellet, fräscha hotellrum och en större lounge finns vid receptionen. En okej frukost serveras i den franska restaurangen som har en avkopplande utsikt mot en avskild konstgjord trädgård med ett litet vattenfall.

Cons:

Önskvärt att de hade en större continental frukost istället för en amerikansk som mest består av sötsaker och kakor. Pålägg som ost och charkprodukter hade varit önskvärt istället för marmelad till brödet.

Pros:

The room was exceptional. The largest bed & room I had found in 5 weeks in Japan!
Staff were very efficient and helpful.
Luggage storage was handled smoothly & quickly.

Marvellous hotel located in prime position to explore Nagasaki
Pros:

Amazing hotel. So close to everything! Extremely easy & very short walk to JR station; has huge Amu shopping mall right next door; across the road is the tram stop; bit further & still very easy walk is the coach station to take you to Nagasaki Airport.
Beds were super soft, pillows were equally so, duvets are plump and warm! Staff very helpful.
We stayed 3 nights, wish we could stay more!
Our room looked over to Mt Inasa & the bay and was massive in size. Would definitely stay here again! It’s central and a superb, conveniently located hotel for a home base.

Convenient base
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable. Convenient walking distance to grocery store and shopping. The gentleman at the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Good open views.

Pros:

朝食がとても充実していて、どれも美味しく大満足でした。滞在の楽しみのひとつになるクオリティだと思います。また、チェックイン前やチェックアウト後にも快く荷物を預かっていただけたので、身軽に観光できてとても助かりました。サービス面でも安心して利用できる宿だと感じました。

Pros:

Sehr komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer. Viele Amenities, z. B. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Die Kapseln wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Wir hatten vom 11. Stock einen seitlichen Blick auf den schönen Hafen, gegenüber der Inasayama. Der Concierge war sehr behilflich beim Buchen eines Restaurants. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Bahnhof, direkte ÖPNV-Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr eng und die Dusche ist in der Badewanne. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist gepflegt und sauber.

Perfect stay to visit the city
Pros:

Perfect location near train, bus and tram station. Nice room with city view. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and attentive. I would stay there again

Bien aunque personal algo despistado
Pros:

La ubicación al lado de la estación es perfecta. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

El personal es amable aunque nadie hablaba inglés, pero no fue un problema. Enviamos las maletas por Takkyubin y nos dijeron que no habían llegado, cuando insistimos las encontraron de casualidad. En el desayuno faltaba todos los días de todo, bandejas vacías y teníamos que ir pidiendo de todo cosa a cosa (pan, yogurt...). Si no, las dejaban vacías y no había variedad. Aún así, por comodidad y cercanía a la estación repetiríamos.
