Muy buenas instalaciones pero una gerencia y/o personal poco motivados

La falta de atención del personal a los detalles.
1./ Desde el primer día avisamos que la televisión no funcionaba y a pesar que el técnico fue el primer día a resolver el problema, este continuo y nunca funcionó.
2./ Todo el hotel lleno de publicidad sobre los mojitos y otros cócteles y bebidas del bar y cuando fuimos no podían ni preparar mojitos
3./ el servicio de habitaciones cuando no se olvidaba del café, no dejaba azúcar o no dejaba vasos. Siempre faltaba algo

Nada fuera de lo común

Cons:

Al registrarme en el front desk no me dijeron que tenía que colocar un sticker para el estacionamiento luego cuando me estaba durmiendo tuve que bajar a preguntar y me dijeron que si, que se le olvidó.

Adicional de lo peor mi habitación no tenía agua caliente y odio bañarme con agua fría .

La ubicación es excelente si vas de compras. Hay parking gratis en el hotel.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no sale caliente. No le hacen aseo diario a los sanitarios. El aire acondicionado hace ruido.

It looked cheap . & I arrived at maybe 10:00am. I couldn’t check in until 3 but he still let me pay until my room was ready . It was about 1:00pm I noticed he started letting ppl check in . I just felt like you knew you had a customer who paid & had be waiting all day .
