Elea Mare Hotel

5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options. Breakfast is served on an open terrace overlooking the sea and features many hand-prepared local items. The Elea Mare gets our highest endorsement!

Accueil impeccable, très chaleureux avec une petite attention au moment du départ. Jolie vue. Le fils parle très bien français, était aux petits soins pour nous, nous a expliqué le petit déjeuner grec typique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Vue magnifique personnel au petit soin. Plage à pied (3min) restaurant sur la plage.
Équipement correctes. Excellente étape.

La vue de l'hôtel est tellement belle, la chambre est grande, le lit parfait, le petit-déjeuner offre les spécialités locales faites maison, le jus frais, un bon pain, des confitures maison, des fruits et bien plus encore.
Nous allions y rester 3 jours et y avons passé 6 jours.
Avec la ferme intention d'y retourner.... chose que nous faisons rarement. Nous aimons découvrir de nouveaux endroits. Même si l'endroit est un peu vieillot, le charme opère et on s'y sent bien. Il faut soutenir les gens qui tentent de faire leur boulot avec attention et amour et cet endroit remplit toutes les conditions. Les environs sont magnifiques et cette partie des Péloponnèse offre tant de choses à découvrir. Le village est charmant et vous vous y sentirez en vacances.

La vue de cet hôtel est exceptionnelle! On aimerait y être tous les jours de l’année. Le patron ainsi que le personnel sont à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles tant ils font tout pour vous satisfaire.
Le petit déjeuner est soigné. Tous led jours on y trouve des spécialistes faites maison aindi sue les jus frais, un café digne de ce nom, des fruits, confitures maison et cake confectionné par la maman.
Pour couronner le tout, vous descendez en 5 minutes vers une plage bien tranquille,
Bonne literie… douche vieillotte mais franchement le comfort est au rendez-vous,
On y reviendra avec bonheur,

Gregory and all the staff took a keen interest in us as people. From the minute we arrived they helped us and showed us around. Gregory’s father works there as well and he gave me some of his sun screen when we had none. They opened the veranda dining are early for plus to eat our take out food. Gregory showed us the art gallery on site and bragged about his local community. We felt like we got special attention the entire time we were here. AMAZING PEOPLE at Elea Mare!

Das Hotel wird sehr gut geführt, Organisation, Sauberkeit, Frühstück top. Der Hotelmanager ist super zuvorkommend und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist herausragend, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben möchte, das Restaurant nebenan hat sehr gutes Essen und Auswahl, gesund und lecker, der schöne Strand ist ebfs. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

If you want to relax, look at the sea and listen the waves music, this is the place for you. Most peaceful hotel with wonderful hosts. Great breakfast from local products. And if you need you can get a lot of good advices where to go and what to do.

parfait de A à Z!! l hôtel est très propre, le personnel est au top avec de super conseil sur la région, le petit déjeuné est vraiment bon, la vue est magnifique, l'emplacement est paradisiaque, le top du top dans la région à ce prix la c est cadeau!!

Felt more at home then anywere else on the trip to greece.

They told us about the area, Showed us all the local products. The room was nice with great views. very quiet.

If you are looking for vibe, a lot of people around you then keep searching, this place is not for you. However if you want to stay in a quiet, relaxing place exactly at front of the sea with super nice people where you can settle down and drive around and discover Laconia, then you found what you are looking for! The breakfast is excellent and plenty, big & comfy rooms, great wifi internet, great beach just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Do yourself a favor and spend a few nights at Elea Mare, you won't regret it! Thank you Greg, Dimitris and Angelica for your kindness and great hospitality!

Excellent accueil familial avec petit cadeau à notre départ. La chambre est vaste mais simple et la literie pourrait être améliorée mais la vue sur mer, la qualité de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner (jus d'orange frais, figues fraiches), et le rapport qualité prix excellent effacent ces petits désagréments. Parking pratique, bon emplacement pour découvrir la région et se rendre à Monemvasia.

ho soggiornato in questo hotel una settimana con un'amica, ma consiglio questo hotel a chiunque. la camera era dotata di ogni comfort, compreso angolo cottura e frigor. Una veduta meravigliosa, direttamente sul mare, appena sopra una spiaggia privata. posizione ideale per vedere alba e tramonto. la colazione era servita in una sala comune ma l'hotel offriva la possibilità di portare i vassoi presso le proprie stanze, e gustare questo piacevole momento del mattino nel proprio terrazzo.
Pulizia ottima. Gentilezza del personale senza eguali.
Un soggiorno che avrebbe dovuto durare almeno un mese!!!

Très bon hôtel avec vue sur la mer

This hotel would be an excellent place to place to stay overlooking the sea and in the summer would be excellent for swimming and snorkeling. This hotel was better than it appears from the reviews, we were the first guests there with these owners. The only thing that could be improved would be a few more utensils in the kitchen. Over all we had a very pleasant stay.
