Personal war sehr freundlich, das Abendessen war auch sehr sehr gut. Super schöner neuer wellnessbereich auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Der lunch am Mittag war okay, geht definitiv besser. Das Frühstück war auch soweit in Ordnung. Es war leider keine Abwechslung und gerne hätten wir mehr Wurstwaren aus der Region gehabt. Ebenso auch beim Brot oder Brötchen, dass war leider nicht so besonders.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful location with great food, service and atmosphere
Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area, set back from the main road, surrounded by greenery, and at the same time just a short walk from the historic center of See and the cable car. It offered us very comfortable accommodation and excellent culinary experiences during both breakfast and dinner, which we truly enjoyed.
A special thank you goes to the warm and welcoming owner and to Nicolas, who took care of us during dinner. His approach was always professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Our thanks also go to all the other staff members who are not always visible but ensure the smooth operation of the entire hotel... from housekeeping and wellness services to the preparation of meals, which were a real highlight and exceeded our expectations. Each course followed the next with remarkable lightness and perfect balance.
Although rain swept across the Alps during our stay, the Summer Card allowed us to enjoy the cable cars that took us to the peaks of See, Kappl, and even Ischgl. It was a wonderful addition to the accommodation and made it possible for us to enjoy beautiful hikes in the stunning Alpine scenery.
Overall, it was an exceptional stay that our family thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

The price of drinks during dinner also felt slightly higher than expected, and we were charged for drinks even for the children, with no option of simple table water. These are only minor remarks and did not affect our overall positive experience… everything else during our stay was excellent.

Ein wirklich schönes, stylisches und sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem tollen Ambiente. Besonders der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir mit Zimmer 202 einen miserablen Ausblick direkt auf einen Dachsimms. Wer Wert auf einen schönen Ausblick legt, sollte dieses Zimmer daher unbedingt vermeiden.
Das Essen war top und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings gibt es beim Thema Kinderessen einen Punkt, der für mich in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist: Kinder dürfen grundsätzlich nur vom Kinderbuffet essen. Möchten sie – wie Erwachsene – ein Menü auswählen, muss dafür extra bezahlt werden. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie finde ich das ehrlich gesagt ziemlich frech.
Auch die 7 € für eine Flasche Wasser am Abend empfinde ich als deutlich überteuert.
Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Dean – ein wirklich hervorragender Mitarbeiter! Solche engagierten und herzlichen Mitarbeiter machen bei einigen negativen Punkten wieder einiges wett. 👍
Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich, bei den meisten Fragen allerdings leider etwas überfordert.
Fazit: Ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel mit tollem Spa und gutem Essen. Allerdings gibt es angesichts des hohen Preisniveaus einige Punkte, bei denen ich mehr erwarten würde. Besonders die Zusatzkosten beim Kinderessen und die Zimmerlage von Zimmer 202 haben den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt
