Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und außergewöhnlich schön. Wellnessbereich einfach top. Personal sehr freundlich. Essen war ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Essen + Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich - alles top!

Cons:

Wir finden es nicht in Ordnung, dass man gezwungen wird eine Wasserflasche für € 7,50 zu kaufen, obwohl in Tirol bestes Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn vorhanden ist. Wenn wir eine Weinflasche, Bier usw. konsumieren, könnte ein Krug Leitungswasser schon möglich sein! Wir wissen, dass das damit begründet wird, dass manche Gäste nur Wasser trinken, aber das ist trotzdem nicht okay, dass andere dafür "bestraft" werden.

Beautiful stay !
Pros:

Large rooms, nice design, modern, good value for money, good location.

Cons:

The only thing that made use feel a bit uncomfortable was that when we made the check in they asked us to change the room on our 2nd night because of some mixed up rooms situation.. but eventually we stayed all 3 nights in the same room, no changes whatsoever.

Cons:

Matratze für mein Befinden zu hart. Wege im Hotel anfangs unübersichtlich. Unser Tisch war leider in die alte Stube etwas abseits ausgelagert.

Pobyt pod kątem jazdy na nartach. Praktycznie poza hotelem . Uważam , że hurra opiniesa przesadzone. Hotel dobry ale bez

Chyba jakość obsługi restauracji.

Cons:

Brak możliwości zamówienia w restauracji np. Zwykłego omletu. Tylko jajecznica i jajko sadzone. Małe możliwości żywieniowe fla bezglutenowcow. Praktycznie tylko płatki kukurydziane i bułki.
