According to numeral 4 of Article 33 of the Consolidated Text of the VAT and ISC Law, According to local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional charge of 18%.
To be exempt from this additional 18% charge (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note that both documents are mandatory to qualify for the exemption from the charge. Guests who cannot present both documents will have to pay this amount.
Foreign business travellers requiring a printed invoice will also have to pay the additional 18% charge, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

Mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones
Tiene una zona de juegos para niños y adolescentes bastante completa.
Viendo los hoteles de Perú su precio es algo más elevado que la media de hoteles de categoría similar. Instalaciones poco actualizadas, necesitaría una remodelación para que la relación calidad precio fuera perfecta.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Las instalaciones son lindas y cómodas. El terminal desde donde salen los barcos al tour de las islas ballestas está justo al lado, así que muy cómodo.Repetiria porque es una muy buena opción en la zona.
El lugar es espectacular, bien conectado con el autobús y correcta calidad precio. Excelente restaurante.

酒店位置不错，比较安静，沙滩也很好，住宿很温馨，我就是鸟岛旅游半天然后去纳斯卡，所以一切都在预期之内。
之前请求协助预订鸟岛和周边服务的协助，但是感觉就是到达前台后临时找合作代理订票，当然订票也算顺利，鸟岛报价正常，红沙滩的报价明显偏高，我后来自己去的。
Bona ubicació, al costat de l’estació d’autobús de Cruz del Sur. La zona de la piscina està molt bé.
Mala insonorització - ens hem despertat de matinada perquè els hostes del costat estaven parlant. L’esmorzar compta amb molt poca varietat. Pel preu que pagues, esperaries força més de l’allotjament.

No me gusto, la manera de adquirir la reserva, donde salia que podia reservar y cancelar en el Hotel, sin embargo me pidio mis datos de mi tarjeta de credito y tuve que pagar. Por otro lado en todo momento me salia una OFERTA de S/.463.00 pero al final se cargo $.161.00 casi S/.577.00 , consulte con recepcion y me dijeron que en la aplicacion sale el precio sin IGV.
Por otro lado por los costos del hospedaje que son ALTOS, deberian tener una mejor señal de INTERNET y por lo menos tener un par de aplicaciones libres como Netflix, Disney, etc
El lugar es hermoso. Hotel, piscina, playa... Los mozos del restaurante dan un excelente servicio. Y la comida es la mejor de Paracas. Todos son muy amables.
