Polynesian Residences Waikiki Beach

Excellent location, across ABC store. Waikiki trolley main terminal is only 2blocks walk.
The hotel is along the strip, 5min walk from the beach.
The hotel is carpeted. Didn’t expect that on a hot weather. There’s a pool but a bit small. Theres No gym,
We stayed in a kitchenette room but didn’t use it there’s so much restaurants to choose from outside.
We had to check out late and got charged extra $50.
Aso there’s a resort fee of $20/night
Otherwise, overall stay is good. AC is blasting and our room is facing the strip so even if u got tired from walking around and just want to chill at the hotel, just go on the balcony and ur not going to get bored

Room was dated and smelled musty. Overall decent for the price. Location was excellent. Parking was very inconvenient as road was closwd and had to drive 10 minutes out of the way to gwt to parking lot and then 7-8 minutes walk to hotel.

The staff were great to work with. The rooms are a bit beat up but overall clean and great if you aren't looking for a 5 star place. Area around hotel is great. Access to the beach within walking distance, every high end shop you could think of, great food options.

Photos on the net are not what you get. Very tired and needs a makeover

Enjoyed the Japanese Toilet feature don't often see that. Location was great close to the beach and restaurants etc. Overall a very good hotel.

I love the location. Close to Lewers, Beachwalk and Saratoga. Transportation in this area is not very convenient. The staff are very nice. I will stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom dirty and shower do not have holder/s for shampoo/conditioner and soap.

It’s a good hotel to just sleep at. Not many amenities though. It’s in a great area within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Parking is rather far and not convenient.

Small and quaint. Needs some TLC. It may have been cleaner than it looked because of some maintenance that needs to be done, especially in the bathroom. There was a bad odor when you enter the room. You got used to it. But noticed there were plug-in air fresheners all down the hallway. So it smelled good in the hall, which probably made the room smell worse.

Overall highly recommended!

Love staying at the hotel. Convenient and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. While it's an older style hotel its is clean and the services are all we needed for this stay. Plan to stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii.
